I found the staff friendly and helpful, and my wait time was half of what I expected.

Great service, very friendly staffs. Wait was long though.

Went in on October 6th,2022 to apply for passports for me,my wife and 3 kids.....I think the guy taking care of us was Stephen.....great guy.....we had to run home to get our marraige certificate and when we got back he took us right in and completed our forms.....today Oct. 31st 2022....{25 days later}.... we recieved all the passports.....great experience.....Thanks !!!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I find the wait times more than adequate. The biggest problem is the parking. There are PLENTY of parking spots but they are all reserved for staff, and the remaining ones available for the public are few and far between. The waiting rooms have few people in them and yet there are still no parking spots. This is very frustrating and puts the public, accessing this facility, in a bad frame of mind before they even enter the building. This can translate to short fuses by the time they actually speak to a Service Canada representative. This is the only issue that prevents me from giving the review of this facility a full 5 stars.

More friendly staff for citizenship applications and unemployment matters is needed. And process is too late.

This is a Service Canada Centre for your unemployment, Passport, and other federal government service needs. Parking can be a bit of a chore.
