Sun Peaks Yoga

I joined the Myofascial Release Yin class while in Sun Peaks for a few days skiing and it was one of my favourite parts of the trip! Kayla was friendly, funny, and really knowledgeable - explaining the details and connections behind each part of the class. The group were great & the studio is gorgeous - definitely recommend, I only wish I lived closer!

I just returned home from a month in Sun Peaks and simply LOVED this yoga studio. Kayla, Megan and team are wonderful and very talented instructors. The yoga class schedule provides many options in regards to time slots and type of yoga. The studio itself is beautiful and truly spa like. The variety of props provided per class is a bonus - quite decadent.
I look forward to visiting Sun Peaks Yoga again soon.

I was on holiday and signed up for a class with Emma which was excellent. Great stretches after a day on the slopes and a long yoga nedra to finish which was relaxing.
I would recommend it to anyone who lives there or is visiting, all the best Paul

I was staying at Sun Peaks Village this past week with my family. Being pregnant I was not partaking in some of the hill activities so I was eager to attend some yoga while on the mountain side. I was able to purchase a weeks pass and attend any classes I then registered for. I can't say enough about how happy I was attending these classes. The studio is clean, beautiful and all equipment was provided.

Before arriving I had contacted the studio to touch base and let them know about my plans to partake and owner Kayla (so incredible ) shared all of the information I needed and even mentioned that majority of the instructors are prenatal certified. This was super helpful during all classes I took this week, as the teachers were able to mention any modification I should do instead. I really appreciated this!

Kayla and the team were phenomenal and I highly recommend Sun Peaks Yoga. I spent this past winter season at Sun Peaks on a working holiday and I wanted to move and nourish my mind and body throughout the harsh winter climate. I injured myself briefly and Kayla noticed my absence and checked in. Not only that, Kayla added an extra week on to my monthly pass! I wish I was in Sun Peaks for longer just to attend their classes! A tremendous thank you to Kayla and the team.

Stopped by for a drop-in Hatha yoga class with Meghan and had a great time. Super friendly and approachable with lots of different time slots and offerings available. Had mats and other equipment if needed! Would definitely recommend and look forward to going again when I'm back in the area.

I hired Sun Peaks Yoga to do private classes for a retreat I was hosting in the area.
Every morning and evening, Kayla arrived with an original class (exactly what we asked for), ranging from flows to restorative yoga to yoga dance party (complete with disco balls which she brought).
Kayla was warm, fun, encouraging, enlightening, and educational. She is the first yoga teacher I’ve encountered who recognizes that not all bodies fit between two planes of glass, remembered every person’s name, and accommodated the range of women, from beginners to yoga teachers.
I should add that the teacher who was scheduled to teach half our classes fell sick with Covid just before our retreat, and Kayla stepped in to teach every class, so that we had no disruptions to our schedule.
If I lived nearby, I would attend every class they offered!

We hired Sun Peak Yoga to provide yoga classes for a 4 day retreat. They came twice each day. Arranging their services was a breeze, so helpful and accommodating! Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended. Will definitely use their services in the future.

The Sun Peaks Yoga studio is beautiful and has such a welcoming atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, it feels like the worries of your day just melt away. The owner and instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable and amazing at what they do! They truly care about making sure everyone feels comfortable and customize the poses for each person if needed.

Stunning, clean and modern studio that offers both high quality yoga and pilates. Also so welcoming by teachers and visitors.
If you happen to be in town and have spare hour - don't walk, run!
