Love the service and the experience at the store. Mieta was so kind and professional to help me with the rental. The waxing and tech for my board was so kind and helped me get my board great and running. Elisa helped my family with boots explaining each model and the difference.

Best ski shop in sun peaks, they carry the largest variety of skis and best place for freestyle products. Mike the manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get warranty for my skis.

Very impressed! Had gone to another ski shop in Sun Peaks where I was ignored so I walked across the street and was served promptly and knowledgeably. The shop team was able to install my new bindings in about an hour. Very professional (and cool 😎)

I found the ski repair staff here to be attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ski base repair is not an exact science and this shop stood behind the performance of the repairs they performed as if they were their own skis. Outstanding!

Great shop. I have rented bikes, fixed bikes and bought gear. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful. They also got me in for a last minute repair which was really nice of them. Best on hill support I’ve had at a resort. Thank you!

Rented a fat bike here this past weekend. Phoned ahead and was able to reserve one with no hassles. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even when we needed to push back our arrival time by an hour because we were running late. Renting and Returning the bike was fast and easy. The bike was newer and in top condition. The rental rate was reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Looks like an organized place with good selection of items. We did not book a kids 20" bike and got through 1/2way through paperwork to realize that we were being outfitted for a DH bike ($56 vs $15 rental for half day). It was already 1430 and the bike setup would take at least another 30min. The service agent was great, quick and knowledgeable. I love the fact that they would set up the bike for the rider. For clients, I would recommend booking in advance (at least 24hrs) and arriving early to maximize your playtime.

Having arrived in Sun Peaks with lost bags we needed to rent ski gear and the service at Elevation was outstanding. A big shout out to Jake especially.

I phoned ahead to Elevation in the morning and talked to Dan the manager who was super kind and helpful. When I arrived a little later he remembered our conversation and connected me right away with a lovely staff member named Baptiste who took amazing care of me. Never 'salsey', only helpful. He really got to know what kind of skiier I am and matched me with the perfect equipment and I got a deal to boot! Highly recommended!!

I have rented three times from Elevation over the past two years. I have also purchased some gear too (helmet, goggles, knee pads). They have super friendly staff, willing to help and accommodate you and not rush you through the process. I know it can’t be easy at times with demanding customers.

The only issue I had is the second time I rented a bike the system said it had 2 small enduro bikes so I booked one. However, the next day when I picked up my bike, they informed me that there was a glitch in the system and all they had was a kids small enduro bike. I’m short and it fit so I took it.

Two days later I called to book an enduro bike again but all they had was a DH bike in my size. After explaining some of the complications I had the previous day before (not anything to do with Elevation but more to do with Fall Line), they gave me a deal and set me up with no glitches this time.

I can’t imagine how difficult it can be at times to run a bike rental business but one thing I like about these guys is they are problem solvers and also willing to do whatever they can to ensure you’re geared up right for the mountain. Thanks guys! 👍

Friendly and helpful shop. Had the spare parts I needed, and helped get my kiddo kitted out to shred the park.

I also rented an eMTB from them on short notice and everybody that I dealt with was super helpful and customer focused. Great shop and people!

Though I didn't end up buying anything from Elevation, I did spend a good amount of time looking through their store. They have a wide range of products, from ski accessories, outerwear, hardgoods, tuning supplies, and more. Everything you need is in one place, and they carry great brands like Arc'teryx, Hestra, and Black Diamond (along with many more). Staff are super friendly and willing to help you find what you need. I certainly recommend checking Elevation out if you find yourself in Sun Peaks.

Hired ski gear and got lift tickets from here and found the team exceptionally helpful and eager to please. Their advice was always on point. will go back to them next time!

I went to three different shops to replace my toe strap. Lucy was helpful and attentive.

Great demo ski experience

The people including the manager went above and beyond with the demo skis and getting me the skis I wanted even though they were sold out of them . 5 star would go higher if it let me.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got 2 snowboards waxed and it was pricey but worth it still
