Shopped here twice in January - the staff were fantastic - they wrapped the pieces perfectly for me to be able to ship home to Ontario. They have incredible pieces - it was hard to pick. Looking forward to shopping again in a couple years when I make it back out that way.

I have had fantastic shopping experiences at Lone Wolf Gallery. The owner George is passionate about supporting local artists and takes the time to show me any new artwork pieces every time I come into the store. Lone Wolf is the best store at Sun Peaks for art cards, small gifts, plush toys, or neat jewelry!

Wonderful. Original handmade bowls...interesting and unusual items, and friendly staff. I would definitely go back. Bought an original bowl and unfortunately, one of the houses broke on my long trip home....it was awesome. Am going to order another original...but sad that the first one broke.

Beautiful store. The selection here is amazing. So many things to look at here. Highly recommend you stop in and browse. We ended up grabbing something small from here but could have easily walked out with several beautiful trinkets. Some of the carved Indigenous pieces were fantastic!

I do my best to shop local, however, my experience at the lone wolf gallery made for a very unpleasant experience. The manager Sam was extremely rude and condescending, I was spoken to like a criminal, and overall poor customer service. There was one woman who was quite pleasant over the phone but I unfortunately only had one encounter with her. I am not one to complain online but this experience was poorly handled and several hours of my time was wasted. Ultimately, I did not receive the product I paid for and cut my losses. I will happily delete this review if the owner chooses to contact me to properly manage this issue.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Bought a hat for my best friend for Christmas and made sure it was ok with the cashier that if it didn't fit him he could return it. No problem right? Wrong. The lady that was working was extremely rude and accused him of trying to return it worn out (it still had the tags on it and was never worn because it didn't fit so that made no sense). After going back and forth for a while she agreed to give him a gift card because they didn't have the size he needed in stock. After calling in a few weeks later to see if the order for new hats came in he was told they had a medium and large to try. He requested they hold the two hats for him and that he would be able to head up at a certain date and time that they agreed to. After driving up from Kamloops to pick up his new hat he gets to the store to find that the owner closed up early and wouldn't be back till the evening. After driving back to Kamloops then back to sun peaks to pick up the hat the owner didn't have the hats put aside, in fact he didn't have the one he requested at all. He ended up settling for a different one to be done with the situation and the owner made sure to cut the tag off before letting him leave with it and didn't even offer an apology for all the inconvenience. I do not recommend doing business with these people local or not.
