U-Thi Sushi & Grill

Very friendly staff. We bought takeout, the food was very tasty and they even brought it to our RV while we were parked right in front. We had the vegetable soba, tuna roll and vegetarian roll with mango and avo on top !
We’ll make sure to stop by any & every time we’re out this way :)

The food and service were great, Danica was a lovely young lady.
They need to clean up/work on the space to bring some kind of atmosphere. There is a lot to work with to make the space inviting, it's not a deal breaker tho as they have the food & service nailed👍

I go here every year for my anniversary, it's always fantastic! The sushi is spot on, the burgers are fabulous, the fries are perfect and crunchy and anyone who goes here absolutely has to get the "monkey brains" - avocado with California roll filling, battered and deep fried with crispy carrot bits, a teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo.

Good food, plating has improved a lot. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.

Nice service, good food, reasonable pricing.
We'd come back if we pass by Chase again on our next trip!

All I can say is Wow! Two weeks in a row and the food is beyond my expectations! Friendly local server, coupled with authentic Japanese chef. I plan on visiting on a weekly basis!

We love this place! The food is amazing, staff is great, atmosphere is chill. All around one of my favorite places to eat.

Such good food, and extremely inexpensive. The staff is so accommodating and it really feels like they want to chat with you, and it makes my day so much better seeing them all so happy to be doing what they love.

OMG what an awesome meal. Staff friendly, the food tasted great, buffet has lots of choices.

What a wonderful place. As a family of Vegetarians and Vegans eating out can be a challenge but U-Thi came through big time.

Had the teriyaki Bento box.
Did NOT come with Miso soup.
It was quite literally the "smallest" Bento box I have ever had.
The salad was tiny, there was a wee bit of rice, one little scoop.
The chicken was a "finger" cut up into little tiny pieces as you would for a child.
3 of the smallest panko breaded bits of deep fried veggies, 1 wee prawn...
I took me all of 5 minutes to eat it, all for 21 bucks , I tipped the waitress as she was very nice and obviously didn't cook the ultra tiny portion.

Heard this was the best sushi place in the Shuswap, so we drove out from Blind Bay to try it. They did not disappoint. Everything from appetizers to teriyaki to nigiri sushi was amazing! Definitely our new favorite.

We honestly have found this place to be so consistent!! Always fresh, and presentation on point. I’ve found Chase unfortunately to be particularly inconsistent with most businesses- but not this one! To our surprise, it’s turned out to be our favourite sushi place! Over Vernon , salmon arm, and kamloops! The young gentleman here is always kind, professional, and accommodating. The rest of the family is friendly too! Totally recommend!

Great food, seemed to be out of kids drinks and desserts but overall not a bad experience. Would definitely return.

It is a restaurant that I always visit when I go to Chase.
Spicy seafood noodle is recommended on a rainy day.
Bento, bibimbap, soft tofu, and butter chicken are all delicious!
