Had such a positive experience here! Came in to get everything sorted as I bought a used car. Everyone was friendly and seemed to enjoy being there. They were training a new employee so everything was very clear and smooth. They even lent us tools to change over the licence plate! Came for the extended hours, but I'll return for the costumer service :)

I had been directed to this insurance place by an acquaintance and was very happy with the service I received. Affordable rates, no pressure to buy something I didn't want and most importantly to me, no wait times at all. I arrived at 10 a.m. and was brought directly to Jason's desk to take care of my car insurance. Out the door in 15 minutes. It was a huge change from the hour-long waits that I have experience that other insurance places.

Jason has taken care of my family's insurance needs for many years. He's extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient, always taking the time to explain concepts in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommend.

Jason set up my auto insurance plan and he was very helpful. This was my first car so he took the time to explain my plan to me and go through my options. I had a good experience!

Jason was super thorough with applying discounts to my car insurance that were available to me ( including setting up info to icbc so I might have a rebate coming).
