I went to Universal pharmacy on Sarcee Trail NW for travel vaccines. Jigar Amin was very thorough looking into my travel requirements. I’m very pleased with the service and comprehensive information. Recommend this clinic for all pharmacy needs.

The pharmacists at Universal Health Pharmacy Sarcee Trail are absolute gems. I’ve moved to Midnapore and I still come here because they are too awesome to go anywhere else. They call me when I forget to pop by and get my prescriptions, they have even had one delivered when I was sick and didn’t feel well enough to go in, they are kind, patient, helpful, incredibly knowledge and I have a big fear of needles and they are the best and keeping me distracted. Won’t go anywhere else.

My experience at Universal Health Pharmacy was absolutely fantastic. Jigar Amin was very knowledgeable and clearly a passionate practitioner of evidence based healthcare.

The pharmacy is clean and well stocked. The vaccination service was very quick, and free of hassle. The pharmacist took extra time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision.

I love the convenience of having my doctor and pharmacy in one place but regardless of that, all the staff here are amazing! I believe there's two pharmacist there not sure if there's another/more but the two that I met are really friendly, kind and caring! I hate getting any type of shots but the staff here make you feel at ease (even when you're a grown adult who should stop being afraid of needles - ha)! They have great hours but also offer delivery which is super great when you aren't able to come by to pick your prescriptions up, and they also accept direct billing which is also a plus! HIGHLY recommend!

Jig is the best professional pharmacist. I followed him here because I get the best care. His knowledge is impeccable and it does mirror his actions and support. Thank you for doing all that you do.

This Pharmacy is great! The Pharmacist has gone above and beyond figuring out special coverage for my Husband's prescription's to save us money. Today I had a prescription filled and delivered all within 45 minutes! How amazing is that! The Pharmacist and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. First time in to Universal Health Pharmacy today. I found out their dispensing fee is same as most pharmacies but I greatly appreciated the pharmacist's extra efforts to provide teaching and great customer service. I was so happy with my interaction that I got distracted and left one of my items behind. Was so impressed they called me later that day to offer to deliver the item to my home. They offer free delivery for their prescriptions too. I am so thoroughly impressed and happy to have found them! Best pharmacy experience i have ever had!

This is the best pharmacy ever - the Vandit is very knowledgeable and super helpful. I appreciate that he can fill my prescription in mins and provide exceptional customer service. The pharmacist was incredibly patient and kind. He sat with us to help us feel comfortable and took time to discuss options in a respectful and caring way. He offered various strategies, and was extremely accommodating i.e. staying open an hour later). Evident that patient care is a top priority.

These pharmacists are the best. They always follow up on previous items I've picked up and offer alternatives that may be more effective and/or economical, and they proactively order them for me and call to update me on their status. They're also kind and friendly with my small children, who are loud and touch everything. Seriously, best pharmacy ever, and conveniently inside Pinnacle Medical.

Mr. Vakil (and the other pharmacists) have consistently gone above and beyond for me. I always enjoy coming here for my prescriptions and injections. The prescription refill reminders are great and once they even personally delivered my prescription to my home when I was unable to come in. I appreciate their service so much and am so glad I made the switch from my previous pharmacy years ago. If you are looking for the best, look no further!

The best pharmacy I have dealt with so far. The pharmacist is extremely helpful. When my medication was in short supply few months back he took the initiative and gathered it from various pharmacies to make sure I have adequate supplies for at least 6 months. This pharmacy is in my neighborhood and they have a very convenient free home delivery service. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Best pharmacy and pharmacist ever! So much better than the large pharmacies. Don't go there looking to buy food or makeup but if you are looking for genuine oerson who cares that's the place to go. So happy I switched pharmacies!
