With all the negative comments I saw here I was skeptical at first going to Auto House but with the great prices they offer I decided to go checkout a Lexus. On getting their Mustafa convinced me to get a Mercedes-benz c300 which was actually what I wanted but was afraid of a used one.

We finalized the deal, it was mechanically certified, auto detailed and I took the car home. 2 weeks after, I lost the power steering and I managed to drive it back to them, Hassan and Ali took up the issue as if it was their own car, towed it to and fro Mercedes dealership. When the dealership started mentioning non existent and illogical issues to charge a high price, Ali and Hassan took the back from the and consulted several other German auto mechanics until they were able to figure out the real issue. They even got one of their friends who was driving exact same car, did reverse engineering using his own car parts just to make sure the issue was indeed power steering since there were no leaks.

Although I made a part payment for the repairs, they paid a greater percentage including, towing fees and diagnosis. I've been driving this car for almost 2 months now and it's been a bundle joy and peace of mind to my soul.

Try to understand that a used car is not 100% free of issues even if it's certified, my power steering failure didn't show any sign, no leaks no warnin, it just went dead after pumping gas. This could have been my cost to bear alone since there were no leaks or signs to show that they ignored the warnings and certified the car but they still stepped in.

Have an open mind, be reasonable and you'll love this guys because they've got the best deals with car prices! I recommend them 100%
