I recently picked up my new vehicle, and super happy with it. Matilda helped me all doubts and made my purchase overall easy by explaining all terms well and being in constant communication. She provided updates and was always proactive with her work. I would definitely recommend this location and asking for Matilda for best assistance.

I wanted to buy my first car and had such a great experience with Honda of Thornhill. Only had to make one call and get all the deeds done through the email. It was such an easy process and didn't even have to visit the dealership until the day arrived for pickup. Yasmin was a pleasure to work with and a huge shout out to her for coming through on her promise.

I was waiting for 8 months from another dealer and Honda of Thornhill delivered the car within a month. No hassle and no overcharge. Everyone else tried to oversell the car but not this dealer. Yasmin and I had a 15 mins phone call and it was a done deal.

We came to Honda of Thornhill at the end of our lease. Overall had a very pleasant and honest experience from service to sales, and would reccommend this location to anyone shopping for vehicles.

Our service advisor Lucas was very helpful when returning the vehicle. He ensured the process went as smoothly as possible and made things very easy.

On the sales side, we received help from product advisor Mike and UCM Peter. Both were very honest and straightforward with us. They both showed us our options and never made it feel like we were being “sales pressured” into getting a newer or different vehicle. Peter especially made the return process as fast and worry free as possible.

While we are no longer getting another vehicle, I would still highly recommend this dealer to friends and family looking for a new car or service appointment.

On my journey to purchase new car in Canada wasn’t that challenging for me. Not every salesperson comes with best deals.

At the end of our lease, we went to Thornhill Honda to do an equity buy back. Used Car Manager Peter Themelkos assisted us with our buy back and provided us with amazing service. He was to the point and the price offered was fair. After the car was bought back, the next day I found out that I may have forgot a personal belonging that held great importance to me. When I went back to the dealership, Peter even went out of his way to allow me to go back in the car to do a thorough check. We really appreciate Peter's overall excellent service. Will definitely come back for our next Honda purchase!

I had wonderful experience at here. I was aware the good reputation and wonderful customer services of of Thornhill Honda and so the trouble to travel 50km back & forth from my place to buy the Van from them. I was assisted by Mr A.J. Sadiqai and he was very helpful. I had a trade vehicle. He helped me with the negotiation and provided me all my additional requirements for the Van. Most of all he is a man of word. The Van came with one FOB but he assured to send a technician and make me a second FOB at my home free of cost. He also assured me to come himself to do a minor work which the technician missed. He also gave me a Touch up Paint for free. This kind of service is hard to find even in Canada. I wish AJ's good health and prosperity. I would definitely recommend this dealer. Thank you

On 18th February'23 i took the car deilvery, the sales person sincerely attended me as i mentioned in my previous review. Upon returning home i opened the hood to refill windshield fluid and thundered to see the parts (as per photos) detached from lying under the hood, few broken plastic screws were found there. I assume the technicians did hurry to deliver me the van and forgot to attach the part (probably air vent) to it's proper place. I called AJ and he said he would come at my home on the next working day with the screws and fix the issue. By the time i checked in youtube and put the part back to it's place and tried to tighten up with the broken plastic screws. I informed AJ with the photo's with caption (these photos) and his words counted to me, he is a gentleman. I was waiting for him to come. However as he promised he arrange to duplicate a FOB key so there were no reason for me to doubt him for few screws. Days went by and he didn't come, i sent him and Ryan texts/emails. I again msged him that - if it's too much hectic for him to come to me then he can send some screws by Canada Post and i am confident to fix it by myself. However finally got his reply email saying - his service manager didn't allow him to come rather asked me to drive back and forth to Thornhill to their service station. Ryan called with the same language and i said i don't have time to go there for some screws. I mean it's just some plastic screws i could probably buy from Canadian Tire of PartSource. But AJ gave his word to bring those to me. Ryan finished the conversation taking some time from me to talk to his Service manager again to convince him. I don't blame AJ or Ryan for this de-satisfaction of mine at the end of the deal. They tried. I blame their irresponsible technicians and general manager.
I had no intentions to rewrite/add up my past review. But i am disappointed after spending $21K cash on top of my Mini Cooper which they will be selling for $14k. Just do the math how much my Odyssey 2015 Touring (Millage-191159km) was paid for.

This is my third time buying a car from here. The main reason is they show some flexibility in the price and are willing to do a barging. Special thanks to our sales rep Matilda, she was great and explained everything with the car. The managers, Mike and Peter, were also great and made the final sale happen. Make sure you hear them out first and get their offer before you buy a car anywhere.
