came in on random saturday because website won’t let me book appointment. Leon helped me diagnose and replace rear brakes and calipers. car brakes much better now and metal grinding and screeching sound is gone. ebrake is tighter but thats probably normal from thick pad and rotor

Ryan (from seasonal department) is an excellent customer service representative. Ryan is enthusiastic, understanding, and helpful. I really hope he is recieving the recognition (and raises/promotions) he deserves.

Bought a tools and I was able to return it after if was defective. I couldn’t get my money back but was able to get a store credit.

Went to service canada in the store to renew my health card and then bought a house plant and toilet paper that was on sale

Manager was very helpful in determining whether a purchase could fit into our car. He even jumped into the trailer to show us!. Thank you! Always enjoy their garden centre too; staff is friendly and the plants are good value. Nice place to shop.

I went here for an oil change I had fantastic service from all the guys there and the price was reasonable and they were done in a good amount of time it only took them 45 minutes I really appreciate their help.

I ordered a small appliance online and got to try the locker pick up for the first time. It is really efficient and organized; you just scan the QR code in the email, and a locker compartment is opened with your stuff inside. Overall a very good experience.

Canadian tire is my go to hardware place. I like to support our homegrown businesses usually I find what I need for repairs here and I like the staff at the 407 and dufferin location. the regular staff here has been here a long time and are always friendly. I like the random super deals they have. Pro tip the red and white tags are the local store only deals. the red and yellow are flyer deals at all stores They are always tempting and keep me coming back….

Great store - helpful staff - they have an automotive centre. This store tends to have my items in stock, which is why i like this location. The customer service staff is excellent and very helpful as well!

The customer service was great at the customer service counter. Opened The bottle and the cap was removed when I removed the cap the spray bottle the spray plastic cap was broken they quickly replaced it ... I got a little bit of hesitation because I didn't have the receipt but they new i purchased there and they gave swap out thanks

Today we brought my car in with no appointment. We are 5 hours away from home, and we were worried we needed to spend another night in Toronto for the car to be fixed. Then the part for the car was difficult to obtain, but Bill went above and beyond to rectify the entire situation, and we were able to go home today...thank you Bill for taking care of us. You're a definite asset to the company, and a wonderful caring person which is rate to find these days!
