I go here when I need something urgently. Most of the items were here. Everything I need, including laser printer ink, mouse, and paper, is here. Of course, it's more expensive than Amazon, but if you need it faster than Amazon can get it, this is the place to go.

Safal is amazing! If you’re looking to print, this location is the go to! Safal is always super efficient and gets the job done quickly and without error! He’s always up to date on the most cost effective way to get your printing done! Thank you safal for restoring my faith in staples as it’s been a rollercoaster of terrible experiences. Team and Manager Brian were great. I tried to print a very large file in the do-it-yourself printer and the printer failed to print and still charged for the large amount. This is no fault of the team at this Staples location. The team worked to solve the problem: this meant having to stay 10-15 min after closing hour to finish printing and refunding me for a wrong charge made by the printer. When I rushed to leave Staples, I forgot my USB which contained important files. I called the day after and the manager tracked my USB, confirmed it was mine, and kept it in a secure place awaiting for me to retrieve it. The team was beyond great, and definitely went out of their way to fix mine (and the do-it-yourself printer) mistakes. Thanks all.

I have never experienced in my life the pleasent and outstanding service provided to me by the casgier Rohit. He was polite, efficient, and worked with a smile on his face. It really made my day and goes to show how good service can turn any meanial task into an event that will brighten your day

I don't know what it is with this store, but the staff is actually there to help, happily. What a rare idea, put into practise !

Friendly service, every office supply you need, plus office furniture, and tech equipment. They have a full/self serve printing center. They do everything from lamination to binding and so on.

Had to exchange something and they agreed to take it back after I called to ask. Ryan and the other manager who helped me were professional and very friendly.

I want to share an experience that I recently had at this Staples location.

First off, WOW!!!! The staff (Liam) and the Manager (Luka) were the most helpful retail staff I've EVER encountered. I had to return a Thrustmaster Gear Shifter and repurchase it using my gift card and LUKA was absolutely outstanding. He not only helped me personally to return the item but worked with Liam to price match and purchase the new TH Gearshifter.

He told me what to expect (he said the transaction may be delayed but his team will do the best to process the return during the busy boxing day week) and he guided me through every step of the way. I observed how they interacted with every customer and every interaction they had was consistent and extremely engaging and helpful.

My new go to electronics and all things stationery, print, office furniture is this store.

Thank you Luka, you deserve a promotion. Staples, promote Luka as soon as possible. His one of a kind.

Very convenient from where I live and it's an easy and quick method for printouts. It took me a little while for me to figure out the scanning process because you need to pay extra for access to computer and then open up a software from the computer to click on "scan" button. Nonetheless, I will continue to use their service and staffs are friendly.

This store is amazing. The staff and environment are excellent. Great service.

Edit 2021. I hate this place. They didn't repair my laptop correctly, they took 20 days just to repair it. They didn't even replace my parts correctly. Printer too expensive, computers slow, their staff are not the best.

WOW, the customer service in every dept is fantastic. Mark deserves the most praise, when the North York Centre closed, I was at a loss. He is laser-focused on answering my questions, trying to educate me and has provided options that saved me $$. That's the right way to embrace and have loyal customers. Tried to find a pen refill the sales lady was patient. I ordered online a Webcam in the AM, picked it up that evening it was for very important client meeting the next morning. They've volunteered more than once to carry heavy things to my car or when I've had multiple purchases. Lots of free parking, Impressed that they supported March 8, International Women's Day by inviting business owners to have a table/chair to promote our businesses. Plus they made impressive signs using my business card. Kudos the entire team. Thanks very much, I highly recommend the store.

Was in the neighborhood and stepped inside to see if I would buy anything based on impulse.

Saw the hard drives were on sale but the sale price were more expensive than the regular price at Wal-Mart. I think Canada Computers had the same drive for less across the street. Nothing really stood out in terms of deals.

I'll give the store credit for being very clean and well organized. Merchandising was top notch and the place was very well lit.

As I was leaving I noticed they opened another til to and were flagging other customers waiting in line to avoid having to wait. Good customer service.

Incredibly empty most of the time, which is a good thing in my opinion. I bought cue card holders which were average quality but nonetheless, the store is quite big and organized.

Great service from Neda at the copy centre. Store hours were helpful in allowing me to get a last minute job done before an event. I’ve always appreciated the service Staples provides and find it consistently good at their many stores.
