I really appreciated Tonima's help setting up my new phone service. I hadn't even planned on getting a new service, I was just browsing, but she is such a wonderful salesperson that she very casually but persuasively helped me realize that I could get a better phone plan with more data, better coverage, and cheaper than what I was paying before. I was sold on the idea and she expertly switched my line over, no stress, just a great new deal. Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend this location and their friendly, knowledgeable people.

Editha is very helpful and attentive. She helped me with all my concerns. She has a very pleasant personality. She did a very good customer service.

Spoke with Anahita over the phone to check the prices of Airpods with warranty. She was super helpful. Explained the types of airpods, regular prices compared to today's deals, and what the cost of warranty is. She then let me know when the sale was ending, and if I wanted them to hold it, they could. But there was no pressure in her voice. You can tell she genuinely cared about offering great customer service!

Editha is very nice and pleasant to talk to over the phone and in person. She helped me.with my Internet and TV services...Best place to get your Bell services. Will be back there for my mobile phone plans soon...

Great service! Shakir answered our questions clearly, politely & quickly. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need either. He was also very patient and gave us suggestions on getting a better deal. I am definitely going back to him for all my mobile phone & electronics needs.
