Pros:

- Convenient location with access to Yonge street (north/south) and Steeles avenue (east/west).

- Excellent transit in the area with GO, TTC, YRT & VIVA.

- Centerpoint Mall across the street with ample free parking.

- Staff are friendly and patient.

- Contests, Loyalty program, Promotions & Free Stuff (check in store for details)

Cons:

- Tight space shared with Tim Hortons. Knocked over a few items by mistake.

- Lineups can be long, but move pretty quickly.

- No Tutti Frutti in store.

no outstanding flaws

Avoid this, its owned by someone sleezy, either a corporate figure or the owner itself. They cut customer care services for their car wash, specifically the ability to pay debit/credit just before you drive up to it. This is to both save them them the fees and to lure you inside to upsell you on other products. However, there's no warning about this until you get your car up to the car wash. All their attendants will say the "machine is broken," but it's not. They've been doing this for at least year.

Located on such a busy intersection, yet HORRIBLY MANAGED. Just went in there to grab a snack and a freeze slush. 4 people on the line and 2 employees at the register while one of them is looking at his phone seemingly doing nothing. Paid for the cup, went to the dispenser. *warm liquid comes out. Not even cold. Waited again on a line now is 6 people full just to get a refund for the warm slush. This place is always not functioning properly. Is it Circle K who can’t care less about quality of service in their franchise or the owner has a third-world mindset? Or is it both?

I showed the photo of this offer but their clerk insisted not to give me the offer! Since no discount is given, why should the label of the discount be displayed? And the cashier has a bad attitude!

I have a very bad experience. Car wash isn't good.

I’ve been going this place for about 2 years. You have to line up like a refugee waiting for rations JUST TO pay for your gas or grab a pop. They DO HAVE 2 registers, however I hardly see 2 clerks working and the line is ALWAYS long. 10 out of 8-9 times it’s only one clerk who’s taking care of a line of 5-10 people. The owner here must be some 3rd-world grade type of greedy person who can’t care less about the quality of service. Even though I work in a NEXT BLOCK, I’m NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.. If you’re going there for gas, MAKE SURE you pay at the pump.

I agree, some of the staff, especially the older heavy set attendant, is rude to customers. He is sarcastic to customers when management are not around, and is very quiet when management is around.

The best thing to do is call Esso head office to file a formal complaint. Eventually they will notice and hopefully correct the problem.

The attendant named Hamid is very very rude. At this point I no longer blame him. I blame the company for not firing him after all the complaints.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place is horrendous lol I was trying to buy some items and the cashier couldn’t make change for me because he wasn’t aloud to open the register? 10pm at night. Won’t be back.

The Indian guy working in the store is so rude and think being rude is funny. If there were any manager in store, I would definitely complain so he understands how to treat customers.

23 bucks for Belmont large king that they were charging…

The cashier probably take shower once a month he so stinky smell awful when he serves.
