I loved the Service, I was serviced by Usman and he is amazingly awesome.
My PC had lots of issues even though it was brand new, he went over the edge to help me, and Marcus from CS is the best! he diagnosed and fixed all issues!

Great location and size compared to other locations I've been too. However it wasn't busy like other places either which was good for me. I walked in and was actu6abke to find somebody quickly and needed a laptop they showed me what was available and I bought it. I was in and out within 10 minutes with excellent customer service. I forgot to get the employees name, but I'm sure all are helpful.

I recently purchased something from this store and didn't end up using the item.

It then dawned on me that I had missed the 15-day return time period.

I explained my situation to the front desk, and they were beyond understanding of what had happened.

The service I received was amazing, and I would highly recommend this store!

Just want to say that I had a major issue on my laptop yesterday with an infected laptop and other issues and I needed my laptop for work later that day. Once, I entered the VAUGHAN MILLS store and went to the service Department - Daniel who was at the service desk, immediately asked what the problem was and he was so very kind and professional and told me not to worry and he would take are of it. Daniel was amazing , he wiped out laptop and cleaned it out - wiped everything out and re installed everything and made sure that I didn't leave till it was 100% functioning and back to normal and fully protected and explained what had happened so it doesn't happen again... Daniel realized that I was not very knowledgeable about tech and he made me feel very comfortable that he would take care of it - and Daniel gave me 100% attention and professionalism...I will definitely go back and refer to my family...I also ended up buying some other items while I was there - Very Impressed with the service and professionalism at this location...Thank you so much Daniel.....

I would also like to say the locations like Brampton, Vaughan and Mississauga are very customer friendly and have some of the most knowledgeable staff I’ve had the opportunity to interact with. In particular I would like to make a mention to Usman from the Vaughan branch who has come through for me on more than one occasion. He will greet you and quickly provide you with effective and efficient responses; many a times going above and beyond to walk you through the specifics of any build and provide common sense recommendations. I was very impressed by his professionalism and authenticity.

I recently came to Canada computers vaughan to have my computer repaired and in addition, I needed to purchase a new computer as well as some added hard drive space Chris and KAZIM at the service. They were incredible to deal with extremely helpful and taught me a lot about the problems I was having. Kazim connected me with milad to select the best computer for our business . MILAD was so patient , extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to explain to me what was best for me . He listened actively to my needs and I walked out spending thousands confidently

Great service and support. Ten assembled a PC for me in no time and it is working perfectly.

I came here to get my computer repaired. The techs were able to diagnose and fix the issue within the timeline they promise. Friendly and professional, what more can I ask for.

They also have plently of computer parts and located near vaughan mills.

Super-sized new location. They have pretty much everything

Came here today after setting up my new computer. I couldn't get it working and thought that maybe I had damaged my motherboard or missed some wires on the install. Daniel helped me sort out the issue in, no word of a lie, 1 minute. I just happened to miss connect one thing and he spotted it right away.
This place either trains thier techs well or only bring on competent employee's.
I will definitely be back to buy any upgrades from here and to get advice

The staff were so helpful with my dead laptop battery situation

I visited this store about 2 weeks or so ago to purchase a gaming chair. I was helped by one of the store associates which I believe his name was Dimitri and my experience great! Dimitri was super helpful in finding what I wanted and giving me details on the chair I didn’t even know about; he even helped carry the chair into car as it was extra heavy. He has great customer service skills and helped elevate my overall experience.

Aman spent lots of time patiently with us. To help and educate us for our shopping. He was not pushy, he was polite and professional. I give a five star for the honest and outstanding service I recieved at Vaughan location store.

Timing was good, 0 waiting, order was filled perfectly. One thing they have to stop saying " all sales final", belies their return policy and gives the impression they won't stand behind their products they sell. My experience not been that. They have stood behind their extended warranties at lower costs than any of their competitors. Brovo. I have recommend their warranties to friends because of kept their word and I greatly appreciate my friends which I wouldn't if they were false in their policies. Glad to shop there. Honestly is the only policy!
