One of my best experiences. I bought many new cars, but this time my experience was fun. The sales agent Aersen Aliqing, is one of the best! He understood me and want I wanted, and he made it happen with his manager. In 30 min they finished all the paperwork, extremely fast! They didn’t push me to buy extra none sense. Everyone in dealership was kind. The gentleman who installed the license plates I didn’t get his name, also very kind and absolutely respectful! Nowadays good people are a gift to find! I would definitely go back to the dealership again. Their price was lower and the car is really nice.

Service and Sales departments are both excellent. I'd like to commend Mehyar, my Service Advisor, in particular. His down-to-earth demeanour and customer centric attitude are rare qualities. He takes time to listen to your priorities and recommends a plan of action accordingly. Service is never pushy and always prompt. The mechanics will take time to show you exactly what issues demand attention, explaining problems clearly and structuring their course of action based on your budget and schedule. Complimentary shuttle service is also provided when your car has to stay in the shop. An excellent experience every visit.

My grandfather purchased a used 3 series off of Trevor last year. The overall experience was great, Trevor was super helpful. After a pretty major mechanical failure the dealership stood behind the vehicle, got us into two different loaners while the car was completely serviced at no cost to us. Nothing but positive things to say about Villa Volkswagen, Trevor and the rest of the staff.

Picked up my brand new GTI from here, Albert is a very friendly and enthusiastic sales, very professional, always quick to respond to your questions, and this dealership sells at a much better price than other VW dealerships will. All in all the whole buying and service experience was perfect!

I have only positive response with VW Villa and all the services they offer. Had been in contact with them since 2014 for lease, and recently I've got my pre-owned Jetta from them. These guys are amazing and do their best to accommodate the client. Definitely would recommend visiting this place.
