The red bean waffle is super delicious. It is very crispy and tasty. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

The taiyaki here were amazing! Made to order, fresh and on point. The dough was firm on the outside with that initial crunch and soft inner layer made it a perfect balance. Ordered the custard and red bean filled. Custard was like they have in the dim sum steamed buns and it was creamy and loved how it went so well with the waffle. Red bean was really nice and not too sweet and for both of them filling from head to toe! Also added on the Korean pancake with brown sugar filling. Didn’t know how this was going to go and tried it out. Sweet, yes! But sooo good! Can I also say brown sugar lava! Service was great and prices are super reasonable! Definitely recommend and go to give it a shot! I don’t think you will be disappointed! Great job!

Spicy rice cakes were nice and crispy with a kick of flavourful spicy sauce. Red bean waffles were fresh. I prefer their thin crispy batter over the Korean grocery store variants.

Such a gem! I ordered a sweet potato cake for a birthday and the iconic red bean & custard waffles - and it was delicious! Fluffy waffles filled with just the right amount of filling, and the sweet potato cake was a hit - all handmade and local. Friendliest service and open on Christmas too! Thank you so much!

I decided to check this place out because I was in the area and wow, definitely will be back. The male employee was super friendly! I ordered four red bean taiyakis and a slice of sweet potato cake. I had to wait ten minutes for the taikyakis so I went to my car to try the cake and I was in for a treat. So light and delicious. When I went back in to pick up my taiyakis, I couldn’t resist the urge and picked up another slice... bonus, the employee gave me an extra taiyaki. So overall: 10/10 for food and customer service.

You'll smell this bakery as soon as you step out of your car! The red bean fish is served cold if you want to get the ice cream and I definitely recommend the black sesame, ginger, and coconut flavour. The ginger flavour is very strong and much more potent than any grocery store brands I've tried in the past.

Prepare to share bc the portion is massive and melted before I got a chance to finish it. Enjoy~~

Known for THE BEST red bean waffles in Toronto, this is not your average dessert place! I always get their black bean ice cream (it's always perfectly scooped 😄👌) in their red bean waffle "cone"...SUPER YUMMY! And, I always get extra red bean waffles to go. Great, friendly service. An absolutely must-visit place ❤

Pre-ordered their 6" Sweet Potato Cake on Friday for Mother's Day. Super fast and easy. They had a special look for it for Mother's Day, I guess, since I thought it would look the way it does on their Social Media. They also asked me if I would like any writing on the cake.

One of the decorative flowers and 'Happy Mother's Day' kind of slid off of the gelatin glaze, but no biggie - just moved them back to center.

The flavour of the cake was so nice! Light, airy, "not too sweet" and a strong (but not overpowering), sweet potato flavour. You can taste bits of sweet potato in the sweet potato cream! I think the cake goes great with tea.

The packaging is so beautiful. I didn't expect the cake to be packaged like this so it was a nice touch! Red Bean Waffle House, if you cut the ends of the ribbon/bow at an angle to make it look like an inverted V, it will look even nicer! :)

The people who work here are so lovely! They made a large order for me early in the morning and prepared it on time, highly suggest going here!

I love the texture of the waffles. Its not like bready. The waffle was stretchy, bouncy. I like it. Great when its hot from the place. Both the custard and red bean. Never had the chocolate one

Hands down the best taiyaki in Toronto! This taiyaki is unlike the usual ones - the shell is a lot thinner and crispier! The filling is packed with red bean paste and beans. They make the taiyaki fresh so it's hot if you eat it there, but you can easily reheat it with a toaster and it will taste just like fresh! I highly recommend trying it for yourself to taste the difference!

Great place to get your Korean snacks. Been coming here for years and years. Still the best tasting red bean waffles. And now they accept credit cards!

This is one of the best waffle houses I’ve been too, they had amazing staff who provide us with amazing service, I love how they aren’t stingy with how they make the waffles, I had gotten custard and they had filled it up nicely. The atmosphere of the store is very cosy and I highly recommend going in person and trying the waffles!!

I got myself a sweet potato slice cake and the seafood balls. I really love the seafood balls. Sadly I forgot to take the picture for it. The sweet potato cake have a lovely look. However, it doesn’t taste like sweet potato as I expected. But it’s ok since the sponge cake so moist and soft.

The black sesame cake is delicious !😘.. I forgot to take picture of the red bean fish shaped waffles, but they are so tasty.

I hope people know that this is a proper red bean waffle. The shape of the waffle is like a wave of nostalgia. Tastes amazing!

Its a cute little family run shop. They're very friendly and deliver quick service. Unfortunately when I went, they ran out of bungeo-ppang, so i'd recommend going earlier in the day.
I got the bungeo-ppang ice cream cone. For $5 you get two really good scoops of ice cream inside of a warm bungeo-ppang cone with decorations. Worth the price.

A neat twist on he usual ice cream cone. The guy behind the counter was very nice. Prices are great and the ice cream I had was very tasty and generously scooped.

Been coming here off and on for the past 4 years and it’s been wonderful every visit! The owner is super friendly and nice. Always feel welcomed and they’ve helped me accommodate last minute cake orders! Their cakes are so soft, light, not too sweet and reasonably priced. Our favourite to order is their earl grey cake! We enjoy their Nutella and custard fish shaped waffles on occasion. Their snack combo is slightly pricy but delicious and I enjoy everything in it. Will be back soon!
