I dont think ive ever tried filipino sweets but on the way back from the gym we stopped here and bought a few things. They were all very delicious. Its a little overpriced for me but we got a few things we thought were fair and we weren't disappointed at all

I’ve been invited last Summer for the Grand opening but I didn’t make it.

Now it’s Fall, by surprise I saw them being featured @blogto and @omni news and today, I did gave this Famous Filipino Fusion Bakery a spontaneous visit on Halloween so I can give myself a treat and not a trick. 👻🖤🎃

Anyway, I really want to thank the staff of Tinapayan for accommodating my pastry tasting. It was exactly what they’re advertising, the twist in every Filipino bread that makes them stand out, from Ube/pandan/velvet pandesal, the super cheesy ensaymada with Ube halaya filling, Spanish bread roll and cassava with cheese filling and some specialty beverages like taro (Ube halaya) bubble tea with tapioca and pandan bubble tea with brown sugar, etc.

All I can say, it was super delicious and I did drive all the way from Scarborough to check it out and even drive back all the way to Markham so I can share this amazing baked goods with my family.

My whole Tinapayan experience was beyond my expectation because this is another level kind of bakery working their magic in promoting our Filipino culture with its unique taste and creativity. Can’t wait to come back again so I can slowly try everything what they have to offer.

Overall, a very friendly environment with one of the Best customer service. I’m just another happy customer that wants to come back for more. 🤗❤🙏

One day I went to the bakery to buy their Ube Cheese Bread but at that time they're sold out so I tried their Ube Spanish Bread and the flavor is on point. 👌 I recommend both of their UBE based bread.

I went online to get the name of this place for a friend and I'm so upset seeing 1 star reviews!! I really like this place and they are always nice and I'm happy to pay fair prices for their baked goods.

One time when I came in to buy some macaroons the cashier was so lovely and explained all the different baked goods I'd never tried or heard of before, and then let us try fresh baked macaroons still warm out of the oven in every flavour and it was one of the nicest in store experiences I've had in a long long time. She was so nice.

Their coconut macaroons are my favourite macaroons I've had because they're not too sweet and have a wonderful buttery taste. They're moist and more cake like than what I've tried elsewhere, and I think it's a massive improvement. To be honest, I didn't really like that style of macaroon until I tried the ones in this bakery.

Some other thing they make (mostly things with fillings) are a little too sweet for my liking, but that's okay because I'll still keep coming back just for the macaroons and the occasional other treat.

I've tasted a lot of their pandesals but my absolute favourite is their spanish bread, ube ensymada and red velvet pandesal! It's not too sweet and is so soft and satisfying to eat. I've also tried their pandan bubble tea along with many of my family members and we were all impressed. I highly recommend their products.

They're always coming out with new things and I can't wait to try them!

Its a must visit if you love Philippino bake good and dessert

Came here to buy some pandesal to bring to my parents, but they didn't have any..

So the lady at the counter recommended me to try one of their flavoured pandesal, which I was skeptical about, but went ahead and grabbed a box of 3 velvet cake pandesal.

HOLY COW!!! I wish i bought more!! When I split 1 in half to share with my brother, we felt like we were in Heaven.

This place has to be one of my favourite places to have secretly stumbled upon.

DEFINITELY give the flavoured pandesal a shot!!!

Checked out this bakery with me and my family and the staff was super friendly. They had great baked goods and the pandan and ube desserts were honestly really good.

Would recommend to anyone that is looking to try asian desserts.

Nice Filipino baked goods and drinks here. Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. You're paying for the quality of ingredients and flavor here.

All their product taste so delicious! Their ube pandesal is our favorite!! The place is 100% clean and the owner & staffs are super nice! I definitely recommend checking them out! 🥰
