Great selection of items, variety and fitting rooms located around the store. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love shopping at the Bay. The clothes classy with good materials and the price are reasonable. Make sure to check the exact price with the cashier before buying. Most items have a high tag price but when you it mostly it's cheaper. I like buying those name brand items. They're gorgeous and dazzling.

Despite its smaller size, it offers a well-stocked selection of products, with friendly and helpful staff. Cozy atmosphere makes for an enjoyable shopping experience. Recommend it for a unique shopping experience.

Had a wonderful experience at The Bay recently. Hadn't shopped there in a while due to online shopping being more of "a thing" these days but the customer service was exemplary and reminded me that in store shopping provides a different level of experience. Thank you "The Bay" ❤

Great store with quality clothing and helpful staff. Prices are a bit high but you have to catch the special sales. The store is clean and well organized. Good variety of products to try on and compare. Washrooms and changing rooms available.

Customer service was exceptional! We had a return and a purchase - Alice was helpful and patient in allowing us to review options to get the best price.

Hudson's bay was founded in 1888, but this doesn't make any sense. Let me explain that: Hudson Bay is an ocean.

Ocean.

It was called Hudson Bay because it was right next to Canada, but the ocean wasn't even on the map of Canada when Hudson Bay was founded.

There was no name for the Bay.

The employee named Deep at the watch repair, did a amazing job at getting my watch fitted and time adjusted, While working on my watch I had learned that Deep had came to canada not that long ago.Get this a man a raise ASAP very friendly and gets the job done.

The Bay has maintained itself over the years as one of my favorite place to shop. Pleasant to walk around with great display of products.

Hudson's Bay is always great with a wide variety of goods and best quality brands. You can buy everything you might need from shoes and clothing to home equipment and kitchen accessories.

Great selection, and fantastic deals. Compared to other mall options, it's worth making this your first stop.

I think this is one of the few stores that I actually consider shopping from these days. Clean and well organized.

Still a great selection..Mens downstairs and Women's upstairs. The Zellers sign needs to go?!

Always clean and tidy, the staffs are okay. They do carry a great variety of brands and products.

I went to the perfume section with my friends. Great collection and great service by Monica. She did an awesome work and her communication was just too good. Also introduced us to new stuffs. She even took time and wrapped all of them in gift papers for us. Great work..!!!

Wonderful customer service! Great staff are polite and patient. I lost all my ids there months ago and had to replace them all. I had been worrying about who’s gotten them and make use of them illegally. Last week I got them mailed back to by The Bay. I really appreciate that. I have to thank their customer service!!! Very good experience. Came to buy a Men's Chain in jewelry Dept. They were friendly and helpful got exactly what I wanted @ 65% off. I then decided to check out the Buffalo Jeans and got a pair on sale for a decent price. I wish I'd had more time to spend (low on clothes) but it was a good place to shop. I will go back in the near future.
