The Beer Store

I’ve been purchasing at this beer store for a few months now. Amy and Greg have always been professional and polite. Today I had to leave a 5star review for their outstanding service. They worked together as team, while diligently and respectfully taking care of other customers, to find the specific case of tall boys I requested. They remained calm and professional when attending to all customers, as the store was busy and some customers were impatient and wanted faster service. Today, TBS Team, at this location really presented excellent customer service. I really hope their manager or owner of this store sees this review and acknowledges these two members of the team.

Usually have two active line, but as for corona even in afternoon time a weekday it is so busy. I am standing 20 minute to return my empty bottles and buy beer! The veriaty and staff are good thought.

I walked in and they gave me beer! How great is that! A store dedicated to beer. I was not distracted by milk, cereal or even choclate. Nothing but beer. It's a magical place. I'll definitely be back

Been my main beer store since i turned 19 over 30 years ago! Always been a great store with great staff. Don'r worry about the size, they have EVERYTHING you need. Thats the bottom line cause Stons Cold said so. "Throw me up a beer & hit the music! "

Last time i was there i see the staff sanitizing the totes and buggies and they remind people to keep their distance.
Line up will be long on friday afternoon and saturday other than that a great location from where i live!

Love the place. Friendly, fast service, no fussing about, always in & out in minutes line up or not (no line up just seconds if you know your order). Thanks everyone, keep it up.

Great location! Quick and friendly staff but there's usually a line so don't think it's going to be in and out.

Wish they had better hours of operations but its a chain so cant expect too much. They do have a nice selection of beverages and also the staff is nice.

Friendly staff and they are sometimes open on holidays when the LCBO would normally be closed.

Only complaint is that it can smell pretty funky in there cause of all the bottle and can returns.

Great service. Support your local beer store and don't buy it at the supermarket. Support well paid jobs.
