Brad really saved the day when we lost hot water in our home. He fixed the problem quickly for us and was absolutely wonderful to work with! We will recommenced DK Plumbing to anyone we know. 5 stars!!

Our hot water tank developed a leak on a Friday night. We tried contacting our previous plumber about fixing, but being the weekend, didn't get a response right away. I looked for recommendations online and was directed to DK Plumbing by a friend. Contacted them on the Saturday and Brad from DK emailed me back within an hour.

A few emails back and forth, including photos of our existing water heater and its setup, and Brad had a very fair quote back to me, and had availability on Monday, just 3 days after our heater developed the leak.

Brad and Lucas showed up on time, and were super friendly. This was seriously a no-hassle job for us as home owners. They took care of removing the old tank, installed the new larger tank with an excellent warranty. It was all done within a few hours. Everything was cleaned up after the work was done.

We are very, very happy with everything: the service, the price, the people, everything. It was one of the best experiences we ever had with a service company.

We were experiencing a loud "fog horn" type sound coming from inside our plumbing in our wall. Naturally, we were very concerned and were hoping it didn't mean we had to have someone cut into our wall to replace some pipes. Well turns out it was just a piece in the toilet that was giving all the trouble. DK Plumbing came in, assessed the problem and fixed it all within about 30 mins. Was afforable and they made sure to start with the bare minimum to fix the issue instead of going overboard to begin with. I appreciate that they took the time to prioritize this in their schedule. Knowledgeable and great service!

A lake was developing in our front yard at 2:00 today and we tried to turn off the street value to no avail. We phoned two different plumbers who couldn't help but DK Plumbing was recommended to contact. Brad was out within an hour, had the water off in five minutes and proceeded to dig out our yard for the next few hours and fixed the leak. We are having him back to fix some more issues, we were so pleased with his work. Highly recommend.

When I found that our hot-water tank was leaking at 6 am, I turned off the water, and then did Google search for plumbers in the city. I called DK Plumbing Ltd before 7 am, and Brad picked up my call (Sorry Brad I woke you up early). As Brad's request, I sent him some pictures of the broken HWT, and then got his quote in a few minutes. I called him again to ask some questions and got all answered clearly. Brad showed up on time around noon at the same day with a new HWT. The new HWT comes with 8 years warranty! Highly recommend DK Plumbing Ltd for Brad's punctuality, quality of work, good communication, fast service, and reasonable pricing.

I called Brad in regards to a sump pump replacement. He asked me to send him pictures of our sump pump so that he would have an idea of what he is dealing with. After I sent the pictures, Brad replied quickly and gave me a fair quote. He was very straightforward and was not looking to add additional things that we didn’t need. Quick, efficient, actually surprised me by arriving within 20 minutes of me calling, reasonably priced - Brad cleared the drain in the tub of my mobile home. When researching plumbers for my home renovation, I had very few respond to me. Brad was the exception! My husband and I are super happy with the work Brad has done for our bathroom renovation. He responds within a reasonable time and communicates clearly. We will not get to use our bathroom for a few months yet, but I am looking forward to it! I will not hesitate to hire Brad for anymore plumbing work we need done.

Brad did an excellent job for us installing a shower control. He was on time, the work was as promised and the clean up was excellent. I would definitely recommend contacting him if you need a plumber. Two thumbs up.

After being away for a month I came home and turned the water back on. It worked for a while, then just stopped. I’m a mechanical engineer and not afraid to check things out, but after a while I gave up and called D-K. Brad actually answered the phone, no voicemail, and kept me updated as to when he would show up later in the day. He was right on time, puzzled at first, but it didn’t take him long to find an airlock between the shut-off valve and the pressure regulator. What impressed me the most was his excellent communication, but of course his top-notch work was neat and reasonably priced too. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend his services to everyone

Brad exceeded all expectations. My water tank failed and was leaking water causing flooding and damage. I called numerous plumbers and none were able to conduct the repairs for various reason, mainly due to limited staff. Brad, within two hours of the phone call, attended my residence, assessed the situation and was willing to remove the water tank and replace with a tankless system. He returned the following afternoon, removed the hot water tank and installed a tankless system all within a few hours. I could not believe the complete 180 from others. Brad is absolutely worthy of 5 stars and is highly recommended.
