Talked to someone at the store to arrange something for my mom’s 84th birthday. She asked what I wanted and I said a nice aroma and bright and colourful. They went above and beyond and my mom is absolutely thrilled! This is a picture one week after delivery. Couldn’t be happier!!

Carls in Penticton did my bridal bouquet and my husband's boutonniere and we have nothing but good things to say! The staff were friendly, the price was reasonable, and (most importantly) the floral was beautiful!

Twice now in under 2 years, I have had to order some flowers on short notice for a funeral service.

The first time was less than 24 hours notice when it I realized that my parents had skipped florals entirely due to budget constraints for my stepbrothers service. They put together some simple, lovely arrangements which the flowers they had and gave us such a good deal. And no one minded that I had no idea what I was talking about or judged me for looking so last minute.

Unfortunately, my stepdad passed away this past week and I found myself again needing flowers for a service. Sheryn responded to my inquiry within a few hours of receiving it. She worked with me on colours and style and really took into account the things my mom said she liked. Of course, I haven't seen the flowers yet since the service is Saturday but I am sure they will also be lovely!

The flowers I ordered from this shop were beautiful. This will be my go to shop for future orders.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - I ordered a Holiday centrepiece for our friends and requested Carls contact the recipients to arrange a delivery time. When they could not reach our friends, who unbeknownst to me were away from home, they postponed the delivery and instead delivered a gorgeous cheerful centrepiece in early January. Thank you so much for going above and beyond with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this florist.

Ordered sympathy flowers from Carls after a quick google search. Not being local (I'm in Vancouver), I was nervous but the recipient (in Penticton) sent me a picture of what was delivered and I'm very happy with the quality and value for the price I paid. Would recommend!

Carls Flower Company Penticton went above and beyond for me. I was trying to get a gift-basket delivered but no one was at the address and no one was answering their phone. They sorted it out and made a few calls and got everything delivered. Their service is excellent!

I am from out of town and ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered. One of the busiest times of the year for flowers and the service was fantastic. The person who helped me on the phone was amazing, helpful, cheery and accomdating.

We used Carl's for our wedding and they were awesome! Sheryn was so helpful and her suggestions were so creative... like adding gold glitter to our bouquets and centerpieces! We were so happy with how everything turned out. They also delivered them to our venue nice and early. It's been almost a week and our centerpieces still look beautiful! My husband and I were married on Sept 20/21. My husband is Scottish. Our red roses. White tea roses, thistle and many more gorgeous flowers were presented to us in the most beautiful bouquet, boutinere and guest flowers. I am in awe of the beautiful design and quality. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this organization on several different occasions. When I sent flowers last year to my aunt, she kept sending me pictures showing me how beautiful the flowers were, how they just kept blooming and how long they lasted. It made me so happy to see how much she was able to enjoy this special gift of flowers.

Our son forgot to get a corsage for his date for prom. The lady's at Carl's Flowers made a beautiful one in half an hour at 5 pm on the day of the prom. Then refused to take a tip. They have scored all our business without question!!!!

Carl's Flowers did my bouquet and boutineers for our wedding and did an amazing job! I had sent a photo of blue orchids and white roses by email because we are from Edmonton, getting married in Penticton, and it looked exactly the same! Located right next to the salon who did our hair, they were convenient and very friendly! Definitely recommend Carl's Flowers for any occasion.
