Very spacious. Should have a couple if Self Check-outs. Great Bakery. Produce is always fresh.

This is about the best grocery store in the entire region, large, spacious, very good selections, and not crowded.

We always enjoyed going to this supermarket when it was a QF. It’s currently changing over its systems to carry more Save-On-Foods products (Western Family) and services (Mire Rewards). It will just become another Save-On-Foods and lose its QF culture bad character. That is unfortunate.

Just visit the new store in Parksville. Excellent spacious layout. New and fresh. Recommended highly. Great looks inside and out.

Best grocery store in town as far as variety goes, and they have a very decent deli. Get a Quality Foods card and take advantage of the discounts.

The Perk Cafe or whatever they call the breakfast and lunch restaurant has the best breakfast value in town (and also at their north Nanaimo location).

Large very clean store, excellent selection & friendly staff

The new Quality Foods store is absolutely awesome. The building is large, tons of parking. Everything is more spacious, aisles wider, and the display and presentation of foodstuffs a delight to the eye.
The upstairs lounge and bar facility is incredible! I felt like I could be eating somewhere in downtown Vancouver or New York. Stylish, contemporary, harmonious, spacious, different seating options so very comfy regarding covid19. The fireplace itself commands attention! We had a scrumptious appy and a very good glass of wine. Can't wait to try a full meal. What a superb store, all in all. Perfection!

Chinese food here is the best. Worth the wait in line and their staffs were so helpful and friendly. What a awesome experience, store overall were great as well..

Just love this new store, especially the second floor eating area where you can now have a beer, a glass of wine or a cup of Starbucks coffee. Good choice of reasonably priced tapas and salads. Of course their thai soup is still the best on the island. The area is very spacious allowing for social distancing between tables and booths. There is a wonderful gas fireplace. Their adherence to Covid protocols is appreciated.

Quality foods was very clean and tidy. The prices are a little higher in some cases than we are used to on the mainland, for example; Bubbly is $2 more a case.
The staff is very friendly, and of course, it's the only place to buy Chinese food.

Hubby likes pigs feet and Quality Foods has them! We also get Chinese food there occasionally.
We also use the scanner to get a daily discount on an item of our choice.

The deli/ kitchen section here is second to none! They make the best Western style Chinese food on the island, in my opinion, and I use the pre-made dinners during my work week all the time. Prices are great, and selection is amazing.

Quality Foods has a patio deck upstairs outside. Buy your Chinese food or deli foods inside the store and head upstairs and eat out on the deck and enjoy the food. Beer and wine is also available if you order from the menu while you enjoy the patio.

Beautiful new store. Well laid out, bright and spacious. The upstairs patio cafe was fantastic.
