Very helpful and super friendly staff. They have most of what you'd need for weekend warrior jobs/DIYers, and compared to the big box Reno stores their prices are comparable - some things are more $$, some things cheaper!

As a Contractor I only use Albertsons, the employees are very friendly and are very helpful with anything needed. Excellent management, excellent yard crew, excellent employees.

I will go out of my way to shop here.

We deal with Albertsons for all our hardware needs and sign backing supplies the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Last time i went in with a weird request looking for something to hang a airline on a bench and Tamara was able to recommend a great solution! All the rest of the guys have helped me at one time or another and I always leave with what i need! Thanks guys keep up the great work.

The staff at Albertson's in Parksville have always been a pleasure. Very friendly, professional and efficient. I was overly impressed, however, with their quick adjustments during this pandemic. I had phoned a couple other local hardware stores to see if I could order some things over the phone and was told they don't take credit cards over the phone and not in a friendly manner. I phoned Albertsons and the woman that answered the phone was super nice and accommodating. She put me in touch with Todd and he very quickly put my order together which I sent to him via email. We then drove into the back lumber yard where a very nice young man helped load our things into the truck. Very impressive. They all went above and beyond. I will only shop here from now on in. Thank you Todd and staff. Keep up the good work!
