It was fantastic! A beautiful, peaceful, clean, kid friendly, family welcoming, spacious, and well maintained RV park. We arrived late past the check-in period, and we were still able to find a great spot. We were among trees but still enjoyed the sunshine. The kids loved the playground and pool, which is usually a hit when we go camping and to top it all the people in the office were kind and friendly. Definitely recommended!

Scroll down to see the up date added to original dated December 2021. New stay was October 2023

The park was easy to find and access is good as long as you are not coming North on King George Blvd (you will have to cross two lanes very quickly to get to 40th Ave). Highway 99 north access is very easy as is both directions from 152 Street There is pavement all the way including in the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic except if you opt to not clean up after your dog. You could face immediate eviction. We noticed that pretty much everyone followed that rules.

The park is very Big Rig friendly. Our site, K2, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer and cable TV) were to the left rear. The wifi included by the park is a basic “Tengo” requiring no password. The performance is good enough for e mail and browsing but for anything else, one needs to pay Tengo for upgrades. We did find a few OTA channels. Fixed satellite would probably be difficult because of the trees but the park supplies an excellent cable package at no extra cost. We did not use the two washroom/pay shower and laundry areas but both were very clean (showers and laundry were both reasonably priced). Distancing is very reasonable for an urban park. Most sites had a vegetation barrier. Our site was flat and level with a heavy gravel base that was perfect for drainage. Vancouver area winters are very wet. The park was constantly being groomed. We did note that there are many sites being used by full timers but all were neat and tidy. No matter, the park and sites are well cared for and because of the long-termers, Propane can be delivered to your site. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance but a short drive south on 152 Avenue will bring you to all the amenities needed.

We stayed here for three months and found the experience pleasant. We paid a monthly rate of $25.00 per night plus electric and feel we received very good value. We will be back when in the area.

Not much has changed since our last visit two years ago.

We only stayed here this time for two weeks and found the experience pleasant. We paid a weekly rate of $57.00 per night (inc tax) and feel we received very good value. We will be back when in the area.

Update - we stayed here again to visit family and decided to try the overflow parking with the 50 Amps. Although we had no breaker issues be warned that you can here the security dog barking all night, traffic speeds along the road behind you and the garbage bins (not far away) got emptied at 0230 hours and 0615 hours. Not sure if they are short staff and fitting it ion when the can but it woke us up both times.

Price of $87.00 for a night seems high for the spot and time of year. We were glad they could fit us in and the staff is always so pleasant - just a heads up.

Also, Wifi, even in the “internet” room is very iffy if you are home schooling or need it for work..

This is our second time staying at Peace Arch Rv. It is in a great location for quick access to the highways/borders and shopping.

The RV park has a very “family/home” feel to it and the staff are all super friendly and accommodating when they can be.

The facilities/amenities include library/games room, laundry facilities, washrooms/showers, swimming pool, playground, storage and gardens.

You always see staff buzzing around working or cleaning something!

There are a few full timers that could tide some “tidying up/cleaning” but they are tucked away.

The only problem we encountered was we kept popping the breaker as the sites are all only 30 AMPS. They do have 50 AMPS but it is in their “overflow” parking only.

The storage area is right next to the RV resort and they have a guard dog in there that barks a fair bit however you do not here it inside the RV/trailer depending on where you were located.

We tow a 43’ trailer and had no issue getting in or out of our spot!

We would stay here again. **Make sure you book ahead as they are very busy!**

We stayed for one night at peace arch and despite a small confusion at the start concerning our campsite, we had an awesome time and would 100% recommend this place!
The staff (Dan!!) was incredible. He was so helpful and friendly, that we are still speechless.
The campground in general was super tidy and clean as well as the showers and toilets. There are flowers everywhere and even a very clean and big pool!

This is a beautiful destination type rv park. If you like staying in parklike setting with nice large trees around you and beautiful gardens all about , then this is the place for you. There are two seperation washrooms and laundry facilities. They are modern and clean. There is a beautiful outdoor pool , free wifi throughout , a large sitting area in the main building. There is a full time maintenance staff working there that I have seen there for many years now. That tells me that this is a well run park that looks after their employees. The owner loves his gardens and spends much time on them. If you want to stay here , book a spot early , as they are popular.
There is also a very large vehicle storage lot here as well. It is generally full year round with trailers , boats and whatever.
I highly recommend peace arch rv . Its right off hwy 99 in south surrey about 5 minutes from US border. Very easy connection with hwy 1 and straight drive on 00 to Vancouver. There are beautiful beaches nearby and any shopping you would like to do. Great place.

Came here to camp for two nights in my tent and I loved it. Beautiful gardens and fountains. There's a pool, showers, laundry and bathrooms. For the price we paid I was quite happy with everything.

I’ve been a guest at the park a couple times now and it is without a doubt the best park in BC. Well run, well attended and delightful office staff. 10/10

Very well kept. Definitely good security. The gardens are amazing. The kids were a little upset they couldn't scooter around, however the pool more than made up for that. Very accessible and close to the ferries. Will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful campground, campsites are a good size, almost all are treed. Its quiet, has a swimming pool and childrens playground area. Bathrooms and laundry facilities are clean and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this campground.

Love this RV Park.
Very nice, clean quiet park. We mainly dealt with Inga who was incredible but all the staff were good. We liked it so much we've booked again for next year.
Thank to everyone at Peace Arch!

Great place. The owners were super easy to deal with and friendly, going way beyond. Had to leave a day early due to a work situation when I advised them of leaving a day early so they could rent out the site they insisted on refunding me a full day, even though it was 2 in the afternoon. GREAT customer service. Oh, easy to get in and out of the pull through sites and were completely level.

Wow, what a nice RV park!! We are road tripping across Canada and the US, and stopped at the park after we left Vancouver. We were shocked how nice the shower facilities were and the laundromat was more than helpful. There is a great internet cafe that you could hang out in as your laundry was completed. The owners are very thankful and truly love their park. The park is more than peaceful. We definitely recommend the park to any travelers staying in the area!!
Thank You Peace Arch!

Quiet, green rural setting. Decent sized campsites with full services and mature trees all around the grounds and campsites. Most campsites are drive through. Pool, laundry, patios, washrooms all seemed to be in good order and well kept. Approximately 30 minutes drive to downtown Vancouver. Recommended.

Came in fairly late and they let us park even though it wasn't really a spot. Very nice people, but as we didn't use any facilities I can't rate those, but it did seem to be well cared for with all the bells and whistles. We really appreciated a safe place to spend the night and will return for a longer stay.
