Sungiven Foods (South Surrey Store)

This is the place I like most among all Sungiven Stores! I can always find what I need which I couldn't get from other places. I even find frozen beef tendon from this store last time! The atmosphere is fresh and warming! The staff is enthusiastic. All the fruits, veggies and groceries are well organized and displayed. Oh, the hot dishes are really good as it just in line with my taste.

Everything looked good, clean, fresh, nice and organized. Excellent costumer service. I was so happy with all I bought everytime, reasonable price. Do not miss to try their hot foods, so good! Amazing black gold shrimp dumpling and black gold yolk custard bun, first time tried it and became my fav dim sum now. So glad that close by my house. Always have a good deal you can't miss. Recommend!

This was my first time at Sungiven Foods, when I came to the kitchen looking to buy lunch, a very patient employee named Sherry helped me. Her recommendations for all selections were extremely helpful and insightful. The store was very clean, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Will definitely be coming again.

This Sungiven Foods location is a great store with items that can't be found anywhere else. Large store, good layout, and has hot fresh food for eating in or take-away. Busy place on the day we were there (Sunday) and will return another day when store isn't so busy. One more thing I liked was prices seemed fair, for items that I would purchase.

Vegetables, fruits and meat products are fresh and the quality is excellent. The cooked food is also very special. Sungiven Supermarket is a place we love go to.

Clean place. Neat displays. Glad to see they carry Taiwan fruits from my home. Reminds me of Trader Joe's somehow. I come here every week!

Brand new location. It’s a littler bigger than the White Rock store. They have a hot food bar. Fresh produce. Love the almond cookies. I’ve seen them in some coffee shops!
Plenty of parking. Can enter from 32nd and 152nd, but it looks like they’re adding or renovating additional entrances.

This store I have great shopping experience ,you can find most you wanted. Good shopping environment and customer service.

I absolutely love coming here. It's an "in and out quick" experience. Though they won't have everything I need on my shopping list, they have a lot of the essentials. And the prices are fair. Sometimes more than fair. Staff are always very nice and accommodating, ready to point out the deals to you. I find their produce is very beautiful and nicer than most places and because they tend to lean on the side of healthier produce, that makes me feel a little less concerned when I shop. (Especially the world the way it is now and wondering what's in our food). Lots of quick dinner choices, as well as takeout. Little experimentive, there's some yummy desserts both in the fridge and freezer section. And don't worry if you forgot your bag, they always have plenty of boxes ready for you to load up your goodies.

It’s quite clean and the staff is friendly. Sometimes they have some deals which are good. Hope the price will maintain relatively reasonable.

Clean and amazing store. Good to have different types of food/products close by. The location is so convenient. Store manager Ms.Grace is so kind and warmhearted. I hope they thrive here and bring more varieties to public. visited store again yesterday, service and products are as good as always.

Food court is really good, the dishes are very tasty as well. The staff whose name is Sandy Lin is very friendly, definitely come back

You can always find local fresh fruits and vegetables/ imported.

Last night I came here to buy flowers for friends. The flowers area is pleasing to the eye and the price is also very attractive, much cheaper than what I saw in other stores. One of the customer service ladies Cindy enthusiastically asked about my intentions and recommended me a beautiful pot of orchids. The pot is heavy. Cindy saw that it was a bit difficult to move, so she helped me move the pot to the cashier, and send it to the car after check-out. I am very grateful for such excellent service. Everyone in this store was very welcoming and the hot food was delicious. Will be back.

Clean, well maintained store. Things are a bit pricy but I trust their freshness. If you want to buy seafood, this is the only place that carries variety of seafood around this area. They get different fresh live seafood every few days like spot prawns, oysters, crab etc. great selection of different cuts of meat. Premium fruits. lt would be great if they carry soft drinks like coke or sprite. They have literally everything I need except that 😝

So lucky to have Sungiven South Surrey Store in this neighborhood. They offers products with better quality and reasonable price. I recommend everybody go there to look around. Now they even offer hot foods since they have a kitchen.

Never have I ever thought I'd give a five star review for a grocery store, but I LOVE IT! Products are varied and top quality. The store brand products (hello tart cherry kombucha) are amazing. The people are friendly and helpful. NEVER a line up. I have given up on my big box and go out of my to go to a Sungiven store. ONLY caveat... open a titch earlier for me. 8am would be perfect!
