This is one of the BEST LOCATIONS in all of BC. Just moved into the Morgan Creek Area in the New Year. I have been going here since. The Staff is very Friendly, Helpful and very Customer Service orientated. Store is Clean and very well maintained. I have interacted with every department and always a pleasant experience. It's not luck, Management must be leading by example and hiring, training the right people. Thank you for being what many retail environments should be. This Southpoint exchange mall location has the grocery Home Delivery Service. Their large delivery Vans are always lined up outside waiting for loading. This store has a nice public toilet behind the pharmacy. The help desk is run efficiently, like a help desk should. Thanks .....

Great grocery store in the neighbourhood. We went there a few times and the inventory is quite good. The staff is good and friendly. Plenty of parking outside. They also have these meals on the left side of the entrance which can be good for lunch/dinner.
Definitely recommended.

I know this is random, but I would like to share my experience at SOF yesterday.

The line up for cashiers all of a sudden got quite large. A cashier asked for more help. The manager was on a till within 60 seconds, getting customers through the line up. A few more cashiers came to help out. Before I knew it, I was out of the store. I really appreciate the extra effort and it’s not too often I see mangers on the front line working. Thank you Save on Team!
