I was hit by a vehicle who didn’t use their stop sign. There was a lot of damage to my vehicle but not enough for ICBC to write it off. Mitchell Dennis helped me when I came in to trade it in. He listened to what I liked and needed in a car. First car he showed me is the one I bought. Mitchell made it very stress free. They really worked to give me a fair price even though the car was devalued because of the large repairs. Also Love did a great job with the detailing even though I rushed him. This is my third vehicle I have purchased from Basant Motors. I’m lovin this vehicle. I highly recommend visiting Basant motors and ask for Mitchell.

Preet deserves our highest praise for providing us with the best service we have ever encountered. Despite being outside of his working hours, he patiently answered all of my questions. I went to Basant Motors looking for a vehicle as I had heard how great they were. I still went in a little skeptical as I don't normally leave reviews and didn't think they would be able to find a car for me in my price range. I was wrong. I had the best salesman names Rick Singh. He was fantastic. Not pushy at all, very sweet and friendly man. He spent a lot of time with me going through different vehicles to suit my needs. When I finally found one, he made sure that was the one I wanted. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Basant and Rick!! Thanks.

I love this place. Huge selection and decent prices. However I want to just talk about my sales guy for a min. Mitchell Dennis…….right off the tip he was excellent…..personality for days…..his knowledge on the cars was beyond…..I literally could have sat there for hours and just talked to him. Absolutely no question my next next purchase or anyone else purchase I know will be going through him. I will follow him wherever he goes. I've going to Basant motors service department for the last 2 years and i feel it's time to leave my review. After several services done to my car I can truly say I'm very happy with my choice. Ricardo and his team are always willing to advise what the car needs but without the feeling I'm being pushed into spending more money than necessary.
