The finance team also answered all questions and explained things easily and thoroughly. The dealership itself has the best selection of cars at better prices than the other Honda dealerships around. My wife and I have always dreaded car shopping and have left it until we couldn't wait any longer. However, the minute we walked into Surrey Honda we were welcomed and well taken care of. We ended up buying a used vehicle that we love and every person we worked with between sales/ insurance/ finance and the service department were the kindest and most generous people we could have hoped for. I am especially impressed with their post-purchase service. They have treated us so well. Now I can't wait to go car shopping again and Surrey Honda will be my first stop.

Before Surrey Honda, I used to frequent Jonker for all of my servicing needs; ever since I've discovered Surrey, I've stopped hating taking my car in for maintenance. Everyone that works in the location that I've had the pleasure of talking to are kind and patient. They treat you like a client, not a customer.

For example, when I called Jonker for an emergency service today, the service department booked me in for an appointment, and refused to answer any of the questions I asked regarding parts and likelihood of repair. They were also uninterested in finding out more about my situation and wanted to move on from the call asap.

Surrey Honda, despite being fully booked for the day, took the time to ask me questions, understand my situation, and pass me on to the appropriate departments so I could get the information I needed. I canceled my appointment with Jonker, and paid extra for the towing company to take me to Surrey instead.

Surrey Honda slipped me into their fully booked schedule, and had the car fixed and ready to go within 2 hours of my arrival despite having no appointment booked, and only their word that should I tow my car in, the mechanics will take care of me. To top it off, they gave me a discount on the initial quote because the work was quick and easy.
