Canada Post

I have been to this post office over a hundred times and I have never met anyone as pleasant and sweet as Jackie! Kind people do not get enough recognition. Not only is she so welcoming but also very informative! She has been the only Canada post representative to mention the small business program. She took the time to explain and provide the best type of service. Jackie is a 5 star representative, I hope her work ethic and initiative does not go unnoticed. I will be calling in to make sure her manager is aware of this.

Great service, lines were short, and moved through quickly

Women was nice and was great help. Gave me a cheaper option to ship my package and made sure all was complete and accurate.

Please be informed that the person or persons that work at the Canada Post Outlets in Shoppers Drug Mart are not Canada Post Employees, they work for Shoppers Drug mart.

This branch post office is within the Shoppers Drug Mart on Silvercreek. Friendly folks, but it's just a small post office.

I find the staff very helpful and mostly pleasant.

I am giving this a 3 star only because the girl that works behind the counter most of the time is very unfriendly, unpleasant and not helpful at all. I'm not sure if she knows how to smile or even just be cordial. Honestly it seems that she hates her job or maybe she just hates people. Either way...wrong line of work for her.

Poor customer service and not very helpful

***Edit: I went in today to mail some packages and went to use that drop box that I previously mentioned, only to be yelled at for using the drop box because the staff had only just emptied it (I believe it was the same staff member who gave me heck last time for not using it). Starting to feel like I can't do right for doing wrong in this location. So frustrated. Lowering my star review even further.***

Ehn. I only go here because it's close and my only option most of the time. I find the staff is getting more and more rude over time. I don't think I've had a friendly face in the last couple of months. The last time I went to the counter I was given attitude for going to the counter inside of the skip the line package box...even though there was no lineup and the staff member wasn't doing anything else. As if it's so hard to scan a package in when you have nothing better to do. It's really cruddy how corporations are expecting their customers to do the work for them while simultaneously still raising the prices to the extreme. It's really sad.
