We went with M1 after our first realtor wasn't so great. The difference was NIGHT AND DAY. Chris's photographer is awesome - every time we looked at the pictures we almost felt like we didn't want to sell - our house looked so good! His stager was great too. She couldn't give us furniture because we have cats, but she helped us to reorganize our house and honestly, it looked amazing. Our house took a little longer to sell - due to the market and our rural location - but he sold it. The whole time, Chris was there for us, always upbeat and positive. He really knows the market and gave us lots of feedback. We trusted him immediately. Our only regret is that we didn't go with Chris (and Mary and Mitch) in the first place!!! Thanks guys for EVERYTHING!!

Chris was sent to us by our building manager with great reviews. Our first impression of Chris was his knowledge, and outgoing personality. After talking for awhile it was definitely clear that he was the person for us. Chris brought to us professionalism, assurances and absolute great return on investment. Chris and his team were outstanding and his services are "second to none". I would recommend Chris and his team to any person who is looking for excellence across the board.

My husband and I are so incredibly grateful to Chris for all of his efforts in selling our home in late 2020. We presented Chris with quite the herculean task in that we needed help staging our home and preparing it for sale, and needed it to sell quickly but for a good price as we were moving overseas. In addition to all of that, we decided at the last minute to also purchase an investment property with Chris' help, with just a couple of weeks to spare before moving abroad.

Chris arranged for a staging service which was incredible and helped present our house in its best light. We had so many viewings, received multiple offers and Chris negotiated a bidding war all in under one week.
