Everything is done individually and written down, rate and prices are all printed out to see. Time was given for her to decide no rush, highly recommend them if your looking to sell. Looking to have original jewelry made met Alex, has a genuine passion for his profession, ho check them out.

This place is amazing!!!! Designer Bags and jewelry at a discounted price! Most items are in really good condition, some stuff is like brand new with boxes and papers and receipts! Alex and Tom are super friendly and have top notch customer service! I bought a really nice diamond ring here with lots of little diamonds on it. A week into wearing it, a diamond came loose and I lost it. Without hesitation, Alex went above and beyond and took the ring back replaced the diamond with a new one at no extra cost! This is my go to place now for luxury goods and gifts for the wife!

Honestly , this is not my first stop to check the price for my gold jewellery. As checking the review online I went to another store in the area first .After comparing ,I find out this place is more honest to customer especially to those who don't know how much is worth for their jewelry .I definitely recommend to anyone .

We went in looking for a Chanel bag and were so impressed with the selection and help of the amazing staff. I ended up getting the LV work satchel and I absolutely LOVE it, it is in pristine condition and was 1/2 the price I would have paid I the LV store. I also got a beautiful Prada ipad case as well...We will be back again!!!

I keep calling them but nobody answers...my friend has something due and i tried calling them to help him extedn his jewellery. Now its over due and im afraid his jewellery is gone. How come you guys dont answer ypur phone

To be honest, I was extremely excited to visit this store after reading the reviews in regards to customer service. Unfortunately I was disappointed. After ringing the doorbell & finally entering through 2 delayed locked doors (extra security) we were inside with all their luxury items for purchase.
There was no real customer service, looked at my piece of jewelry & weighed it, looked at it, placed in on the counter directly not on a cloth, offered me a quote well below imo of its worth for loan. The Man seemed annoyed when I enquired about his name & replied my name is Tom. To which I said yay Tom I read all about your excellent customer service on line. I felt very small when he did not enquire what my name was in return. Perhaps my ring was of zero interest to him & his company. Oh well, It is my peragotive & I chose to go to another pawnshop, where they actually went out of their to make me feel comfortable in an already stressful situation. I highly recommend AAA Pawnbrokers on Main Street!!!!

Big WARNING!!!! Very shady place. Watch enthusiast here. In the Swiss watch game over 14 years. Very big warning for people goin into this place to shop or sell their timepieces. Visited this place out of curiosity as I’m upgrading my watch collection. Brought Breitling Chronomat CB0110 two tone rose gold. Still under warranty With box papers, new digital warranty card full set. Retail (17 500$ CAD) Chrono24 and Ebay sell this used watches no box no papers for 12000$ they go up to 16000 with full set (please google it)

Of course I didn’t sold it to any of them I’ll go online and get 11000$ for this set anytime. I do understand that people need to make money but Richmond luxury and loan is very shady business and crock place and you need to avoid it in big circle. In Europe you go to jail for that kind of fraud. I hope I helped some possible next victims.cheers!!

Worst place to go ...The workers are very rude and don't respect customers...plus not a reliable place ..I got much lesser price for my precious stuff...
