Dr. Jason Cherry

I have been seeing Dr. Cherry for a long time for my glaucoma and he is excellent. He follows my condition closely and makes sure I keep my good vision. I find him very kind and he is my favorite doctor. Wait times are usually not too bad too. Thanks!

Dr. Cherry is great! He is very patient, thorough and kind. He found a retinal problem I had and got me seen by a retinal specialist very quickly. I find the staff very friendly and always try to help. Always a wonderful experience.

Dr. Cherry diagnosed my glaucoma and probably saved my vision. He is very complete and answers any questions I have. The office equipment seems very advanced. I have found the staff warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. David A.

The staff take patient confidentiality very seriously by keeping the computers locked and censored. Dr. Cherry always checks to make sure the phone isn't on line after entering the room.

Dr Cherry was very professional . However his staff was very rude and totally ignorant. There is no need for this type of behavior . Dr Cherry should be concerned with this rudeness by members of his staff

I have seen Dr. Cherry for years and he missed to diagnose 3 conditions for which I had surgery and it all started with a visit to an optician with more updated equipment. I also feel that he is trying to sell me expensive eye drops, lid wipes and more.
But I find the staff OK and not very long waits.

I have seen this doctor 2 weeks ago as I have tearing at night time in the bed. But he used the tools very sharp to put on my skin around my both eyes. It made me so hurt and since then I having tearing from morning. It looks like crying. I really regret to let him did the exam. I should check the reviews before I went there. I need to see my family doctor to refer to other eye specialist to find out what he had done to me. Bad luck!

I agree with Todd. Dr. Cherry is very thorough and my husband and I have been going to him for many years!! However is staff is extremely rude and lacks manners. One of them reprimanded me for returning their call and trying to book an appointment. There is no need for that kind of behaviour and attitude. I have switched to another ophthalmologist for my eye examinations.

This isn't a review towards the doctor, but the staff. I am very upset with one of the receptionists. I left a voicemail saying that I will not make it to the scheduled appointment, and the receptionist calls back the day after the appointment saying that she has to consider that a no show. After explaining to her that I had already left a voicemail - which is common procedure, she said that she has to receive "confirmation" from me. The way she was speaking and her attitude was not good customer service, nor was she understanding.

Staffs are super rude and had the worst experience there ever. Needed to ask my family doc to switch me to another Ophthalmologist after the first time. Will never come back.
