PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a retail location. You cannot purchase stamps or get postage for parcels. This is the mail processing plant for the island. The nearest public post office for services is Pharmasave at Broadmead or Reynolds.

Canada Post might suck in general but packages seem to always move through here quickly compared to other hubs.

Canada Post is top notch. Cheaper than any courier company.

Very big facility! If you don't find the right door off the bat, someone will help you!

Working

Will not release package. Absolute chuds. Do not go here. I've had a proxy pick up packages multiple times at other CP locations but for some reason the manager thinks his job is to wag fingers. How do you be so naive to good customer service?

I sent a next-day urgent mail to the United States Consulate Toronto which locates only a few blocks away from where I sent it. It took them a week now and my mail is still not delivered!! Completely corrupted delivery and logistics system. An honest advise to Canada post: Consider to do something else and stay out of this post delivering business.

Worst service ever.went there to pick up my package just because it requires signature and it’s my day off I did not want to wait at home all day for it.(I did the same thing more than several times before)I showed my I’d and all verified they found my package but they refused to release it for some b.s reason.the guy in front desk should be more trained to engage with public.he is absolutely act like cassette tape talks same words same sentences over and over for 10 minutes.

The service here is maliciously bad. If you need to go this far, CP will be pouting so hard they will trip over their lips trying to find your mail for 45+ minutes. Good thing they are unionized.
