Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Saint John

We stayed at the Hampton in Saint John on our way home from a road trip in the US. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had a pool with a waterslide that made the kid happy. A free breakfast was also provided. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel itself is nice and close to everything you might need. Definitely a great spot to stop with a family.

Like most Hampton Inns, this one has been kept up to date nicely. Our room was clean, and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly at the front desk. Good complimentary breakfast. No complaints at all. Would most certainly return to this location.

There is a pool slide which made my kids enjoy it. The rooms are clean and has a lot necessities. A mini fridge and a microwave with a big desk. There is even an ice machine. No loud noises and soundproof. Has a fitness center which me and my kids enjoyed. The TV didn't really entertain me that much. Free Breakfast is great.

Beautiful, spacious, clean room. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We only stayed one night, but the gem of our stay was Cody, the breakfast host. His warm, friendly, funny, charming personality made our quick breakfast buffet stop feel more like we were having brunch with a friend!

Came into Saint John’s last week and stayed May 16th. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The receptionist, Jacey was exceptional! She made our check-in process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Not only did she assist us in getting a taxi promptly, but she also took the time to provide us with valuable recommendations for exploring the town. Her knowledge of the area truly enhanced our experience and made us feel like valued guests.

The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was great! With bacon and waffles!

We'll definitely be back, we had a wonderful time! The hotel was lovely, we loved having the coffee/tea station in the lobby. The pool & hot tub were great, rooms we're comfy and clean, staff were very friendly & helpful.

We stayed at the Hampton inn and had an absolutely amazing stay. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The pool, water slide and hot tub are all amazing.

What was the best about our stay was the service. George the manager put us on the 4th floor where it would be quiet which is appreciated with two young kids (one a baby). He even offered to upgrade us.

The breakfast was plentiful and my wife and son really enjoyed it. I have a lot of allergies and expected not to be able to eat anything but Cody really went above and beyond to make sure that there was something that I could eat. This was something I haven’t had at any other hotel (and we stay at hotels a lot!). Cody really made me feel special and knowing I could eat breakfast with my family made my trip really wonderful.

We will definitely be back!!

Our hotel stay was everything a hotel stay should be. The room was very clean and everything we needed was there. They even came to our room to see if we needed anything else. At the front desk George was very nice and accommodating. He made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Saint John and had an excellent experience. The service was top-notch, and I want to specifically mention Nithin for his exceptional service during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends.

Great place. First and foremost the staff are really friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are reasonable. Breakfast is great. Stayed multiple times and will continue to be our SJ go to hotel.

Awesome continental breakfast, coffee is ok but they french vanilla which makes palletable.

Nice hotel in a good location just outside the city core, but in a retail district with stores, restaurants, etc close by. it offers an amazing complimentary breakfast buffet with many options from eggs, waffles, cereals, baked goods, fruit, etc. you will definitely find something to your liking. Unfortunately the water slide in the pool was broken, my only disappointment about the hotel’s amenities.

Everyone is friendly, nice clean room. No complaints will come again.

Breakfast was above average. All staff were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great unassuming hotel with everything you need. Well priced for what you get. The fitness room is small but functional. The beds are comfortable and I appreciate having a microwave in my room. I would like to see more usb chargers available in the rooms which would be a relatively inexpensive improvement. The one on the alarm clock didn't even work. The included breakfast is very comprehensive. I used the Hilton honors digital check in and digital key option and everything worked perfectly. I appreciated skipping the check in line and process of getting out ID and providing my credit card a second time.

I brought a few children here to celebrate a birthday party. The rooms were very nice, spacious, comfortable and clean. The kids had a blast in the pool and on the slide but I really need to give a shout out to the staff. They were all super friendly and helpful! I want to give a special kudos to the breakfast staff. Absolute top notch!! One of my kids dropped a glass of juice, they were right there to clean it up while patiently and sweetly encouraging my child not to worry about it. Everything was fresh and delicious and they even helped them make fun little waffles.
Seriously, if I could give more stars I would! We will be back!!!

I have stayed here a number of times over the years related to my work. This is a great hotel with awesome staff who take pride in looking after their guests.

The rooms are great, comfortable and clean. The free breakfast is a bonus and will satisfy! The pool and hot tub are a bonus especially after a long day at work..
