Indigo - East Point

I was having a real tough night and headed back home to Hampton from SJ. At the last minute I decided to stop at my fave store, Indigo, for some "therapy".
I love shopping online however there are some stores I love being in the actual store.
I wasn't looking for anything specific, just browsing. I got to speak with a lovely employee named Kate!
I specifically asked her for a recommendation for something she would read. Even if it's not my usual "type" of book I wanted something different. I bought one of the books she recommended and got the name of another author to try for the future. There is something so wonderful to interact with a fellow book enthusiast! Kate's face lit right up when she was talking about the books she was showing me and explaining about their plots and characters, etc! She had me hooked right away. She absolutely is the best person to be working at Indigo because she has an extreme passion for books. She's got a lovely, bubbly personality and it's infectious.
When I got back in my vehicle an hour and 6 books later, I realized I hadn't thought of any of my stresseors while in the store! Way to go Indigo and Kate!

Went to pick up a novel for my grade 9 daughter that I had ordered online, and it arrived 3 days earlier than it was supposed to.

Great selection, nice layout. Kids area is wonderful

Really nice book store! Staff was great! Lots of very cool local merchandise, not just books. Lots of local subjects and authors. Good sections to represent all cultures in the area.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, nice quiet atmosphere, great selection of books.
One small quibble, the shelves are set up so it is a little difficult for my wife to navigate between sections in her wheelchair.

Great store. Well stocked. Always an excellent experience with the staff. If Indigo does not have what my family members are looking for when we visit, they do their best to accomodate us.

Very helpful, polite staff and great events. Well stocked both with best sellers and local books. The children's area is well organized and great for a visit with bored kids. The ability to order a book from the kiosk and pick up in the store is very convenient. French book section is nice, but not widely stocked.

Highly recommend this location. If they don't have what you are looking for the knowledgeable staff will find it for you or help you order whatever you are looking for in a timely fashion. I have had great success purchasing items that were hard to find with ease at this Indigo. I enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly customer service oriented staff. Great job!!!

My daughter loves this place. It has good stock, the staff are easy to talk to and having second cup as part of the store is great!

The staff are always welcoming and friendly, not to mention they know their books very well and can help you find just about anything. The store itself has a huge variety of books and I enjoy stopping by when I’m in town even just to look around and relax for a bit.

Over the last few years of shopping here I have always noticed the staff are always friendly. That tells me that management must be a pleasure to work for and that they value having their customers greeted with warmth and sincerity. The staff have always been able to help me find what im looking for and are obviously passionate about books. They will drop what they are doing to help too! Someone is leading this store very well. Keep it up!

Had a bit of a rough morning so thought I would take a time out for me. I visited this location, had a bacon breakfast sandwich & a medium roast black coffee. It was so freaking amazing! Great service, great music & peaceful surroundings. What more could a person ask for?

Great spot with a wide selection of books containing all genres. They have a coffee shop connected to the store that's a big plus. Who doesn't like coffee?

The store is clean and bright, and the layout makes for fun browsing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Selection is also quite good--I don't feel like I always have to shop online to get what I want. No complaints.
