Tyler who works in the garage is great. Went there for an out of province and although it wasn’t cheap I had quite a few things to get done for my vehicle to pass. He was detailed, friendly and showed me what I needed to have done when I asked for him to. He also did a great job cleaning my headlights!

Canadian tire is Canada’a own garage for anything in mobility,entertainment, outdoor activities and life style. You name it they have it. Available at reasonable price and good built quality. Do not forget to keep an eye on their fliers for most recent offers and clearance sale items. 👍👍🇨🇦

Didn't realize how many sales are actually happening and found that things were cheaper than Walmart.

What I like most is usually sold during the summer is the pink marshmallows. Loves it!

Normally my experiences with this specific location can be a bit questionable at times, but today was different. I came in looking for a specific brand/type of Christmas light that was listed as in-stock via the app. When I reached the the location in store, it was out-of-stock due to popularity, but remaining overstock was in store elsewhere. I approached a lady by the name of Vicky and asked her for assistance. Not only was Vicky extremely busy attending her regular tasks, but she immediately stopped what she was doing and began to provide me assistance in the best ways a customer could ask for. She was kind, attentive, prompt in her efforts and despite the items not being in the over-stock location they should have been, she put in the effort to locate them, which required quite a bit of effort to provide me the product I was looking for, and refill the empty facing.of products for other customers. She's a retail Rockstar in my.books and I will be looking out for her every time I come to shop at this location! I know this may seem drawn out over a set of Christmas lights, but in a world of dying physical retail locations, a person like Vicky will be the reason they succeed! I hope this makes it her way! Great store in my neighborhood, I get my fishing gear,live bait there and I always get what I need as there is a very good selection, Christmas lights always have a wide selection, a friendly staff

Had a great experience with one of the staff the other day at the Langford Canadian Tire. She knew where each of the items was in the store that I came to pick up, and walked me to them instead of simply pointing. Saved me a ton of time :)

2022-12-21 UPDATE: I needed to purchase steel flatbar and angle iron... so I did some comparison shopping. HomeDepot had the best pricing with decent selection. Lowes had the best selection but pricing was just a bit higher than HomeDepot. CanadianTire had the least amount of selection and the highest prices.

My favorite go to for all those things you need but forgot you don't have plus more. Never had a bad experience with the store staff but the shop personal (service writers) need a lesson in mannerism.

We had an usual situation with a new treadmill that needed to be exchanged. Jen in returns was very helpful & explained the situation to Chris, the assistant manager, who gave me a couple of options & was able to rectify the situation very much to my satisfaction in a very timely manner. I called on a Sat during a long weekend & was called back when I was told I would be, had my new treadmill delivered & the original removed by two lovely delivery guys on Thursday, just five days after I called. Chris was outstanding in resolving this issue; she communicated when she said she would, was open to my suggestion & made it happen in record time! Outstanding customer service from all involved, thank you to all of you!

I love this store. You can find anything that you need. Since auto part... Accessories... To boats, humidifiers... I was looking for a juicer and finally found 3 different there. allways very good prices and good deals everywhere.

Called to inquire about some oil-based primer. And they were very helpful, didn't have to wait on hold for an hour Like most department stores. They were very attentive and answered all my questions in a Very timely fashion.

The Canadian Tire app is a game changer. I use it every time I’m in there, and the flashing lights (literally) guiding me to my products make me feel confident and not overwhelmed trying to find items in a big store.

Best Canadian Tire on the Island , lots of staff who know where everything is . Kudos to the hiring manager .
