Cascadia Liquor

I've only frequented this store one time, but upon calling, they held the last bottle of our favourite margarita at the front register during xmas time. Everyone was super helpful and all smiles during the craziest retail time of year.

I was there today to grab some Christmas cheer. The staff and I mean all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent Service. I was very impressed. Thanks, Cascadia.

Love this Liquor store, the staff are actually knowledgeable and helpful, there's never a line, and large selection of whatever you need. Plus they do delivery. What more could you want!

I have been very impressed with the customer service at the Cascadia Langford location, in particular with the General Manager, Drew Leedham and staff, Jasmine. I've ordered gifts to be delivered on two separate occasions and received such excellent and individualized attention. They have been so helpful, kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store!

Nothing short of outstanding customer service by Drew and his team at the Cascadia shop in Langford! We had some special requests for an order that we needed help with and Drew and his team made extra efforts to communicate with us and ensure that they had the products we needed. They also helped tremendously to provide appropriate packaging and coordinate the delivery that was required. Exceptional service!

This is a large well stocked store. The staff are pleasant to interact with. I haven't asked for any recommendations from them so I don't know how good their product knowledge is. Seems like a good location and I'll continue coming back.

This was an impressive store! I never expected that a non-BC liquor store would have been so large but this was one huge and a vast selection of beer and spirits. I would definitely say that the owner/manager puts a lot of care and attention into curating their beer selection as they have a wonderful range from all over BC as well as the rest of Canada, US, and International.

Best service ever! I phoned this morning looking for a particular wine. I spoke with Drew who was very helpful, but unfortunately didn't have what I was looking for. An hour later Drew called me back to say he has located item at their Colwood store and they are holding it for me. I was mind blown that he went so out of his way, without me asking him to. Incredible customer service. Thank you Drew, best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time :)

I contacted Cascadia Liquor Store in Langford after my Canada Post Christmas delivery to my daughter and son in law got lost. They were amazing from first contact!!!! I spoke to the manager Drew and explained that I wanted a nice gift basket to be sent and asked what the time frame might be. After emailing him a list, I got a further call from Joanne who confirmed the order and also explained a few other items they could put in!!!! The basket was just beautiful and delivered promptly. I felt they really had an interest in making this package special, and it was. Thank you so much to this wonderful staff and making this basket so special.

Excellent customer service, well laid out store.

Easy to find, lots of parking, staff were helpful and a taste test island for you to try out brands that might peak your interest. Interior is spacious and well laid out.

I would give this location my coveted five star rating. The beer selection is amazing bar none as has been said.

They have an entire wall of craft beer and cider, a full wine selection and every spirit you’d ever need. Cascadia liquor is the bees knees of the beer world if it had knees. They always have at least one person who is super knowledgeable about beer so if you’re looking to understand the fuss about craft beer or have been drinking the same thing every time Cascadia is for you. Prices are all comparable AND they have a cold fridge as well if you’re looking to buy and crush. The wine selection is average with a good mix of quality and price.

My only feedback to Cascadia would be to retain your beer lovers. Pay them. Promote them. Educate others. It’s a niche market and there are few entrants!

Best liquor store around. Only complaint is need a bigger craft beer wall jk hahaha. Always have new and cool things in stock. Great prices and great staff. Cascadia brand as a whole is a great place to shop.

Best beer selection is at Cascadia. Here they got more bottles than cans like the hospital location. Plenty of free tastings and great service. They always help me with any question and they all seem to be knowledgable on the products being sold.

Good selection of everything. Store is always organized, well stocked and clean. Employees are great, want to help you out and personable. Always a pleasure to shop there.

Got my specialty rums I was looking for. Almost everything in the store has so many different choices makes it kind of hard to shop but very helpful staff and excellent prices will definitely go to again
