I’d like to aknowledge the Pharmacy staff. They’re always so slammed with work, so many customers and things they are hustling to do. They must be floored at the end of their day on their way home!
They’re kind, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and always there to help.

While I acknowledge other's experiences, and I know staff can have bad days (or weeks), I have been shopping at this location for 14 years and it's been super consistent for me.

The staff is helpful, store is well stocked and while the pharmacy isn't my primary (and I don't get many prescriptions) I've always found the team helpful. I've never needed to wait much longer than what I was told to come pick up. The only reason for the 4 star review for me is the reduction in hours, with kids, being able to stop by late (12am) for that missing item was always nice.

Edited to 5 stars to reflect that the store is now back to 12am close.

The pharmacy staff is very responsive. I recently landed from India. My face skin was going through irritation and dryness. Kristie, one of the star (staff) member advised me a face wash and a cream. It really healed and such a sigh of relief. Thank goodness that I met her.
I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness as well.
Kudos to Kristie and all her colleagues who have been working with such great values, sincerity and commitment.

I brought my daughter in, who had major allergies and puffy eyes. With the new system, recently in place, i was expecting a long process. I was pleasantly suprised how smooth it went. Becca (Pharmacist) helped us right away. Asked all the questions. Perscribed eye drops that you would normally need a doctors subscription for. Filled them in 20 mins. Great customer service. Very impressed. Thanks

On 2 separate occasions this week I came to this store and received excellent customer service dealing with the pharmacy.
The first time, I called during an obviously busy time of day (it took quite a few rings) but they were still willing to help out as much as they could. They tracked down the item and made sure I had it in my hand at the moment I needed it!

The second time I came in late at night with an emergency prescription and the team got it done for me right away! I could tell they were busy and stressed but they kept a very polite, wonderfully friendly attitude.

I appreciate all the help from these front-line workers and am impressed at how they manage all the stress with a smile on their face!

I would like to say a big thank you for the great service I get at the Westshore Shopper's Drug Mart Pharmacy. Especially, the kindness from the lady who answered my phone call there about an hour ago. I should have asked her name. I have had her on the phone before and she is always so kind and patience. Thanks again for your help. Much appreciated. I have since found out that Lady's name, I got to speak with her today. Her name is EVE and I so admire her kindness and the great service I receive from her always. I hope your boss appreciates the great attention/care you provide to your customers.

Worked here for about 3 months and what I can say with my experience is that the Manager (Ammie) is the the sweetest and most hardworking person I have ever come across. The beauty boutique has some amazing people like Kelleen, Kourtney, Maria and Nicole who are very kind and knowledgable I highly recommend going to them for any advice. Cheers

I was at the Langford location today. I am visiting from New Brunswick and this was my first time into the store on this trip. I just wanted to pass on my appreciation and my thanks to Kelleen. She is a remarkable young lady, enthusiastic, professional, and eager to help. Out of all my shopping experiences in the past month and a half I would say this was by far my best. Great prices friendly staff

My mother is 91 and is financially stable but has no credit card which is a problem now that we are self isolating and staying at home in this unprecedented time so I asked to talk to the manager who was so calm and understanding and helped me work out another way as well as sending a message to my mother's doctor so we may not have to as many transactions and went above and beyond and she was kind,very pleasant,I was truly and very impressed by this manager and employee of Shoppers Drug Mart,a massive THANK-YOU

The location and hours are very convenient for me. This Shoppers has a very friendly and helpful staff. I have shopped here for fragrances, pharmacy, general foods and household things.

I have had nothing but really fast service. Love the automatic refil texted to my phone. Never a line up like other stores. Been going to shoppers for so long dont intend to leave.

Coming from the US this store reminded us of Walgreens but overall we found everything we needed. It was really clean and the self checkout was fast and easy.

All the staff are amazing and super friendly. Pharmacies are crazy places to work and they do a great job.

The cosmetics girls are the best. They are so patient and helpful to get you right product.
