Parkway Dental

Parkway dental was a fantastic experience. Dr Pickering was very professional and knowledgeable, she made you feel right at home. I would highly recommend anyone to go see her. The office had state of the art technology, which was very impressive, there are tvs on the ceiling to entertain you when you get your teeth cleaned. The cleaning and dental exam was overall very comfortable and easy. Anyone that doesn't like going to the dentist, I recommend coming here and asking to see Dr Pickering - you will be glad you did!

This is a great dental office. The staff were so pleasant and lovely. It is very organized; from the reminders by text message, to the accommodating of various dates. Dr. Makkar (Dr. Mak) is very knowledgeable and skilled, as are his staff. Also, it is a lovely building with lots of parking, TV's set up with Netflix to watch during procedures/cleaning, and a large Nespresso. They also have a second floor, so they have lots of offices. My experiences have been great so far and I would certainly recommend them.

There was a little mix up with my first appointment but they managed to fit me in almost right away. As an autistic and very anxious patient, everyone was so lovely, gave helpful advice, explained what they were doing and were very gentle. Very glad I was recommended this dentist.

They saw my son the same day for tooth pain and extracted the tooth the next day. Our regular dentist couldn't see us for 3 weeks, we will definitely start using this place based on their efficiency!!

I can’t say enough about the staff there, From the front end staff to the techs and hygienist to the Dentists They are wonderful, dedicated and concerned. They where nothing less than professional. I'm 100% impressed by Dr. Mak's bedside manner, kid friendly approach and his gentle hand. I still can't believe that he was able to get my autistic and highly anxious daughter to lie quietly and still for the duration of her oral procedure without sedation. He empowered my daughter as she left the office feeling so proud of her bravery at the dental office. I am confident that Dr. Mak can assist other neurodiverse children and I will highly recommend his service to other families. I thank Dr. Mak for providing exceptional care to my family!

This dental office is amazing with kids. They have top-of-the-line equipment. The staff are all very friendly and good with children. Their Nespresso machine is an added bonus.

My family has switched to this office and we are glad we did. Amazing dentists who care and are kind and take their time to make my anxious family feel safe and heard. They also use new technology like laser and are concerned with being good medical practitioners, not just doing the basic to get us out the door and bill us. They're clear about billing and always accurate. Nothing bad to report about this office at all.

I used to be very anxious visiting the dentist. That changed when I became a client at Parkway, they are all patient, genuine and make you feel right at home. Dr Capretz is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough with her work. She explains everything from start to finish and checks on you throughout the entire process. From what I’ve gathered, she wants to make sure everything is done perfectly and doesn’t settle for less! Thanks for being spectacular Parkway dental and Dr Capretz! You’ve made going to the dentist less daunting!

My daughter had Amina as her hygienist and she was amazing with her. She was very kid-friendly and kind.

Amazing service. My poor 4 year old fell and broke her front tooth 🙆🏻‍♀ We called around but no one could fit us in. When we tried parkway (even though they were fully booked) they made us a spot. Office was clean, organized and staff were super friendly! We were in and out in no time and even though my daughter will be asking Santa for her front tooth for Christmas I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
