Coles will always remind me of my childhood, shopping for fantasy and sci-fi books with my dad.

I just called the store to check if they had a calendar I wanted, but they didn't. Becky went out of her way to run down to the calendar kiosk in the mall to check if they had it for me! Amazing customer service!

Friendly staff and a good selection of books. Pretty much the only place I go to get new books. I frequently am suggested novels that I have enjoyed by the staff. They are pretty average priced for new books but the rewards card cover a large amount of various other stores and add up nicely for a avid reader.

Very nice atmosphere. Pretty good selection. Have orders shipped to here frequently and appreciate not having to drive all the way downtown for them. Staff always very cordial and helpful. Love this place!

Staff are more than helpful and try and accommodate requests, holds, and ordering in. They have a great selection and the deal books can't be beaten for gifts or long trips. Building a nice library here is quite easy!

This place is really nice. There is a lot of books to buy and other school related stuff and children books and stuffies, etc. If you can't find the book that you are looking for, you can ask the cashier or an employee to search it for if they have it in stores. If they don't have it they can order it online for you.
This place is neat and beautiful if your a book lover.

I love Coles, I've been shopping here for years. There's never been an issue. They always have what i'm looking for. The employees are friendly and helpful and that's what's important for any business. That's basically it.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Good store to take kids to, not as overwhelming as a full Indigo location. Glad we have this in our neighbourhood!
