Great choice for tender, flavorful meat.

This place hits the spot after some mountain runs. I visited during lunch and dinner on separate days and was satisfied on both visits. The portions are filling and cooked well. The food is prepared within 5 minutes. Remember to grab your drink from the refrigerators near the entrance before you check out. The facility is clean and tidy; the restrooms look well-maintained. The staff is nice and helpful. Takes AMEX. Overall a great experience.

My favorite place in Whistler. It’s fast casual. Warm. Very allergy friendly. You stand in line and order kind of like a bakery. Some food is delivered to you and some is handed to you at the end of the counter. It depends on the dish. It’s in the bottom of the Fairmont Whistler.

I’ve been to quite a few restaurants in the area for breakfast,lunch and dinner. This one is by far favorite,for those who seek leaner food. We got grilled whole chicken with 3 large sides and 2 soups. Everything was cooked well

Great place for coffee. I didn't try but thier patisseries looks great. They sell also home products and bags.

Ordered 2x from here in one weekend. The place was very busy both times and I can understand why. Their food is fresh, beautifully prepared & presented and really tasty, too! Their coffee & pastries are also delicious. You really need to check this place out. If you have extra time, you can browse some of their home goods section as well. Lots of pretty things!

I had the Not So Dirty Breakfast Bowl, Brisket Poutine, Flat White coffee and Chocolate Chip Cookie. All highly recommended!

Very nice place under Fairmont Hotel. Such a delicious meal and fun-relaxing atmosphere. Their chicken was absolutely tasty without chicken meat after taste(ya, I'm picky). Even though the chicken was prepared a while ago, it was juicy and fresh. They know what they're doing and probably use quality products. Decorations were very welcoming and calm. The outside porch was beautiful, but bees forced us in. Absolutely no free parking and you have to park on the street because it is more affordable than underground parking.

Food was amazing. Self service, order and pickup from kitchen. But very long queue. Ordered Avacado crust and Hummus Crust. Very well made and awesome taste. Good vibes. A must place to try when you visit Whistler.

Great portions and amazing food even though it’s a bit on the pricier side.
The brisket and porchetta are both 10/10, although the pulled pork was a little on the dry side. Getting a combo with the side was too much food, we all had enough for a second meal each the next day.

I got the portobello dog and the pictures don't do it justice...it was huge! This was fun to eat and thankfully it tasted great too. The brioche bun really held well til the end even with some wetness coming through from the pulled pork and bbq sauce. The crispy chicken skin pieces also added a nice crunchy salty kick to some bites.

Great spot in Whistler for good food and nice vibe. Very busy at lunchtime but worth the wait. Excellent sandwiches made to order - poutine is a great side addition. Good waffles too!

We were blessed to be there on a quiet night and service was extremely fast. Lewis the bartender, was helpful with our cocktails and our meal was exceptional. Compliments to the two chefs who served us, Gethin and Fraser, who served the most delicious brisket. Will be coming back for a second time before we leave just to try another dish!

I just loved this place! They have such good coffee, place is so cozy and service is great! We also had breakfast and they have good varieties and decent prices. Food is delicious! Would definitely recommend to try this place.

I always come here for lunch during the skiing season. But first time for dinner in the summer.

We had the classic beef brisket and porchetta. We chose cornbread, broccoli salad and bean salad for the dinner set. Photos attached here. Food is just as delicious as it always is. Friendly staff. We thought the size would be the same as lunch set but we were totally wrong. One set could feed two of us.

We also ordered one old fashion. It was professionally crafted, out of our expectation.

Apparently bakery looks amazing but we never manage to make it to the dessert even thought we love to have one, as our stomach always ends up being completely filled up with the main.

If you like hot dogs, the hot dogs here probably will be the best you ever have.

A friendly reminder that even though this place is inside Fairmount, this is not a restaurant but more like a cafeteria. That means you have to go line up, order food, pay, and grab a table by yourself.

Whistler's only MUST stop!
you dumb enough to skip breakfast at Portobello, you go back the following week and enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner...again!

Second time we came back we realized we're not getting the same portions we got for dinner but spoke with the morning supervisor, and she made it work. Came back from our hike and that was the best brunch yet.

Overall very good quality of food. Ordered takeout and it was ready right at the estimated time. Not early, not late. Right on time.

They forgot my brisket so I called down from hotel. They were very apologetic and even provided me a free brownie. Such great customer service.

We loved the brisket, but that brownie is special!

Lovely place at the Fairmont Hotel in Whistler !! Get the tomato soup, the rotisserie chicken and the pulled pork sandwich. Their buttermilk biscuit 🫠😍🫠!!! Very cozy place, tasty food and heartwarming 💖they have a lovely Christmas store with lots of sweet treats.

I visited this restaurant twice during a recent stay at The Fairmont Chateau.
I love their cruellers, creme brulee donut and their absolutely delicious porchetta sandwich which is made before your eyes. It's filled generously with crispy golden porchetta. It's one of the best sandwiches I've ever tried.

It's also convenient because it's part of the hotel, so I can just charge what I get to my room.

I'll definitely order from Portobello whenever I stay at The Fairmont.

A lovely cafe and bistro connected to fairmont. It’s a take and go type of place, with great staff who provide insight opinions when you don’t know what to pick. Seating is comfty and we’ll spaced out - with COVID protocols and vaxx pass requirements, they are functioning superbly.

I’ve been here twice now and appreciate the hospitality they provide. Their food is a bit pricey but fills you up for what you need. Once you’re done your lunch there’s a cafe just two steps away where you can grab your coffee and pastries.

Their pulled pork sandwich was done very well, where the pulled pork was nice and tender and easy to pull while I bit into it. I got the soup of the day - ham and potato - which wasn’t too heavy and was full of flavour. My friends also enjoyed their meals and pastries.

I would definitely return to this spot for a quick rest spot or just to grab some pastries to go.

**HIGHLY recommend the matcha Madeleine if available. Great balance of matcha, white chocolate and moist pastry**

Recently had lunch here, one of our go-tos when we’re looking for a leisurely meal with much better quality than what you’ll get at Rendezvous or Roundhouse lodges. Inside the Fairmont, a 2 min walk from Blackcomb Gondola.

It’s cafeteria style and the line doesn’t move very quick, so for lunch expect a significant wait, but the food is great. Breakfast and dinner are shorter waits.

Great lodge-like vibe, separate area for coffee and a bar but you can pay for everything together.

I always love stopping at portobello for breakfast, and for my wedding day I asked for food for pickup (before we’d head up the gondola). When we were running late, the staff kept everything warm, remade our drinks so they’d be hot, and gave me and my new wife a gift of two extremely charming desserts (cheesecake and a fruit Danish). This really made our morning go smoother and the desserts were the perfect treat for our picnic. Way to go above and beyond! Thanks so much!
