Best motor sports store I have ever been to the way the building is set up everything is organized
And well put together
I got a kx450 Logan was such a good sales man
Gives good deals
And Ralph’s threw in a free stand with the bike
Hooked me up with oil air filter oil filter a battery charger for the bike and a lot more
I have bought a bike from a different store not going to say the name but it was not even close to the customer service we received here.
They treated you like family and don’t push you to buy things like the other store had done before I found Ralph’s
And Ralph’s is the only store that sells almost every toy from dirt bike atvs side by sides different street bikes and boats!

Ralph's is Awesome! Me & my friend purchased bikes from other dealerships, but Ralph's is the closest service shop, we wondered if they charge us because we didn't buy it from there, but nothing was charged as they allowed to use the Suzuki promotion. It's the closest dealership from Airdrie, and North of Calgary!

Great team of professionals who provided services I expected. From sales team to parts and shop. Great job team Ralph’s!

Unfortunately, I have had to deal with two insurance claims at ralphs. Fortunately, Mark and Stephenie have been absolute delight in assisting me in each process.

I have purchased alot of vehicles in the last few years and none of those experiences come remotely close to the exceptional service I received from the whole entire Ralph's Staff, from the sales team to the parts guys and finance staff, working with me on short notice to ensure I got the best deal possible and understanding my financial situation and even staying open late to make sure everything was going to work out in my favor, I live about an hour away and will always make the drive to deal with the Ralph's team/ family ( cause that's they way they treat eachother). From the fantastic conversations and great laughs we all shared they will be my go to for parts, accessories and future vehicle purchases. The service team assembled the snowmobile perfectly for my wife and made sure it was clean and ready for pick up. I look forward to dealing with them for my future service needs.

Bought a new KLX300R for my girlfriend.
To my surprise, I got to deal with Logan again. I had purchased a new bike from him at a different dealership years ago for myself.
Great experience again with him. He was patient with our questions and knowledgeable about the product.
The process was smooth and painless. The entire staff at Ralph's seem to love what they do. Every time I'm in there, the staff are in a great mood and it's a warm and inviting atmosphere in there.

When we first went in, we had no plans to purchase a bike that day. We had intended to shop around, but after Logan approached us and I recognized him from before, it was a done deal at that point and we weren't going anywhere else for her new bike.
Thanks again Logan and the rest of the staff that helped us out. I have a very happy lady at home :)

After I got the bike home, I inspected all bearings for proper greasing from the factory as I've seen some horror stories over the years and I have to say, from all the bikes I've torn down over the years, kawasaki are the best assembled at the factory, especially in today's standards. I've seen steering stem bearings come dry from the factory. This lso gives me lots of confidence in the longevity of this machine.
Only a few bolts for the linkage and swingarm needed a dab of grease as they were dry, and a bolt was randomly missing under the seat lol but overall, great build from the factory.

Highly recommend Ralph's if you're in the market for a new toy :)

The customer service at Ralphs motor sports is out standing I haven't been in for a while. yesterday I walked in to pick up parts as I was looking at the sleds Dan comes over right away and address me by my first name and asks me what he could help me with.To me that's customer appreciation right there when he can remember thousands of different customers by their First name. They also had the parts in stock that I was looking for as well.

Would like to give a shout out to the staff at Ralph's motorsports. They were awesome and super friendly!! Dealt with Logan Wight in purchasing my motorcycle. Logan was very helpful and informative and gave me lots of advice which helped me to make a final decision which bike to buy. Justin in the parts department was also extremely helpful and nailed it when finding me some crash bar's. They look awesome and he went the extra mile finding it for me. Would highly recommend going to see the great selection of bikes and checking out the deals!!

Logan was super helpful in helping me, a newbie to quads, select a great quad that was reasonably priced and can plow my driveway. He was very patient and thorough - very friendly service!

Absolutely amazing.
Currently riding across Canada and needing some new break pads and tires.
Dan went out of his way to help us out. He personally picked up tires from their supplier and dropped them off at another shop that was able to squeeze us in for installation.
Could not recommend these guys enough.
