Great service from first contact to repair competed. Called first thing in the morning and was greeted by a friendly and professional team member who said someone should be able to make it out in the afternoon. Received automated texts to confirm visit and when Nate was on his way. Nate also gave me a courtesy call to let me know roughly when he would arrive. Nate assessed the situation and quickly tackled the issue, solving it quickly. He also reviewed our entire system to see if there were any other future issues that may need to be rectified. Great friendly, efficient experience. Definitely highly recommend.

Chris and his team we very quick to meet my heat pump cleaning needs. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, I got a text and email reminder the morning they came too. While the techs were here they were friendly, quick, clean and efficient. No fuss, no mess, very happy with my service!

Great service! from Matrix Mechanical. With in 24 hrs of my call I had Harrison VanWart and Cole Donnelly troubleshoot a shutoff with the city, upgrade my house shutoff and then replace washer shutoff. Great guys. Efficient and friendly!

Nate and Kevin just worked on our water problem which suddenly stopped flowing. They were really friendly and did an amazing job! They were fast answering our call, the problem was diagnosed in the same day and fixed within the next.

Burst water heater lead to flooded basement. I called at 6.15 am and someone was here by 7.30 am. Very impressed! Geoff Hill, the plumber, is terrific! He is pleasant and quick. He explained everything to me and even used the Shop Vac on my flooded floor. Thank you so much. I hoped he'd be back with the new heater but two other young men came instead. They got on with it though and got everything working. The only thing was, when they left, I had asked them to let me know, and, if they did, I didn't hear them and waited for some sign that never came. I didn't know they had gone, leaving my garage door open, until I went into the basement to check up. A little disappointed in this but really no harm done. Overall, I'm very pleased with a job well done and it's lovely to have hot water.

Nate was very fast and professional, replaced my leaking hose bib and installed my mop sink. Also found a leaking valve and replaced it too. Left the space clean, highly recommend!

The Matrix team of Tyler and Rahm (my apologies if I get that wrong) were very professional and pleasant. Check in with us several times to make sure we were okay with what they were doing and or completed. Put 3 heat pumps in a day. Can’t ask more than that.

Eddie Crompton was great! I could not have asked for a better experience. I was previously told the problem couldn’t be fixed without tearing down walls but I called Matrix and in came Eddie. He squeezed himself into a cabinet and fixed everything. He also took apart my downstairs shower that was jimmy rigged together (done well before I bought my house and obviously had no idea it was like that behind the wall), fixed the leak and put the whole thing back together the way it should have been done originally. Let’s just say not all superhero’s wear capes 😉

We had a leak in the main drain stack made of old cast iron. Nate came to look and quickly identified the area leaking and got it repaired in a few short hours. What I thought was a huge issue and would take forever was done quickly, professionally and solved the problem. Awesome friendly service and I would call Matrix again for any plumbing needs. Great job!

Problems with another HVAC contractor led me to Chris Parent @ Matrix. He came out & assessed the situation, and assured me his guys could do what the other guys couldn't, without batting an eye. He was beyond helpful. The installers, Chris Johnson & Ram, came out & within the day the problem that had plagued the other guys was solved with professionalism, ingenuity, and pride. The work looks great & works great. My heat pump be 'a pumpin! Don't hesitate. Give Matrix a call.
