Phenomenal service! I dropped off two winter jackets: one was likely a simply dry clean but the other was a down-filled puffer jacket with oil stains on it from a pasta dish. They went above and beyond, washing and drying my puffer jacket MULTIPLE times in an effort to get the stain out. When I called about pick up, they mentioned that they couldn't get all of the stains out but that it was as good as it could get. When I picked it up today I was so pleasantly surprised: you cannot see ANY stains on it from the pasta oil. HUGE thanks to Blackswan Dry Cleaners! Our go-to dry cleaners from now on!!!

I’ve been coming to the specific dry cleaners for years and they always do such a good job and their prices are so reasonable. It is a family run business and everyone is so so sweet! It’s nice to see a familiar face when I go in. They honestly try to do their very best to get the stains out and everytime they did such a good job!

It took me weeks to get my clothes back. The owner was not apologetic. He said a machine broke and that he brought my clothes to another store to finish them. I did not get them back for over 2 weeks and he could not find them.

In fact, I was unable to speak with the owner. He would not return my voicemails and he has the girls at the front desk take the brunt of my complaints.

Multiple buttons had been ripped off and a button hole is completely torn so that I cannot wear the shirt. I will never come back here, very unprofessional. Rather than tell me about the buttons/holes being ripped they let me discover it.

**EDIT** I am actually coming back to this review a day later because I found that another button had been torn off, this time on a pair of $200+ pants. BEWARE

I have been coming here for over 10years ...never had a problem, great service and great cleaning. Until today. I went in to discuss the damage to my drapes, he would not claim any responsibility nor listen to my side of the story ...the fact that the damage wasn't disclosed when i collected them. He then went on the insult me, all in a voice that sounds like yelling. Frankly I am really disappointed and upset that i need ro find a new drycleaner.

when is open not open? When there is a paper sign that says "back in 10" but I have to return 3 times to be able to collect my dry cleaning. No agradezco! Time to look for a new cleaner.

Stay away unless you want to be disappointed. This company is not customer friendly and will not stand behind their service. Not impressed at all!
