FAIR REALITY WAS THE LISTING REALTOR AS WELL AS THE OWNER OF THE HOME I PURCHASED. WE HAD TO ASK THE LISTING REALTOR 4 TIMES TO GET AN AGE ON THE HOT WATER TANK. THE FIRST 3 ANSWER WERE I DON'T KNOW. THIS INFORMATION IS IMPORTANT WHEN BUYING HOME INSURANCE. YOU'D THINK THEY WOULD KNOW THAT BEING THE REALTOR AND THE HOME OWNER. WHEN I ASKED WHAT WAS COVERED BY THE STRATA I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE STRATA MYSELF. WE PUT IN THE CONDITIONS TO PURCHASE THAT THE HOME BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BEFORE THE POSSESSION DATE. I EVEN CONFIRM IN AN EMAIL THAT THE HOME WAS CLEANED BEFORE THE POSSESSION. IT WAS FILTHY. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FAIR REALITY.
