The theatre was clean and unbelievably cold. As the movie progressed, the temperature noticeably dropped, which was a huge relief because it was unbelievably hot in the entrance/concession area. Each staff member was working really hard. Everyone was pleasant.

Went there today with my daughter and the girl/lady with the pink hair was awesome, super helpful and friendly. We like coming to this theatre :)

Clean theatre, comfortable seats. The $10/month membership gives a free movie ticket a month and discounted prices on snacks.

My kiddo & her friend went to a show 2Nite and a few of the other patrons (jerk kids) decided to pick on them & basically ruined the movie for them..!!

But the employee’s overheard me talking to the kids about it when I picked them up and told the manager, He did as much as he could to remedy the situation, made it not such a horrible experience, so Yes, THANK YOU..!! For going above & beyond and trying to do something about it, when it wasn’t the Theatres fault... Great Job guys..!! Thnx again…

Saw the new Mission impossible movie. Great movie a must see. Mind you Tom Cruise is always good. Theatre was clean comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Great staff and nice theaters. Definitely worth signing up for the Extras program too. Last time I was there, the young guy that took my concession order (I want to say Matteo but I could be mistaken) was amazingly patient and helpful. Totally appreciate that!!

Went to see the Bob Marley movie. Excellent show

Went to the movies on Tuesday March 14,amazing staff, the two young ladies working the concession were friendly and helpful, the usher was very helpful and friendly. My girlfriend and our daughter had an amazing movie experience, thank you Landmark Cinemas Penticton :)

Matteo at the front desk is the GOAT!!! Ask for him when you get your popcorn, no one is better at getting your snacks prepped. Wheeled my sister in her wheelchair to her theatre and took her to the accessible bathroom stall! 10/10 employee, deserves a raise 💯

Visited this theatre while holidaying in Penticton and we loved it! It was clean and the line up was not long. The Wednesday deal is a really good price compared to a lot of cinemas. They also have super cool self serve soda machines with free refills! The theatres had a steep angle so seeing the screen and comfort were both top notch experiences. Will definitely go back when we return next summer.

The theater is bright and clean. Concession and ticket sales are quick and accurate. Seats are comfortable although 2 armrests per chair would be an improvement. All in all, a pleasurable experience.

Staff are super polite and friendly, theatre is always clean, popcorn is always fresh. Couldn’t ask for any better! Thanks Landmark Penticton

The new custom pop machine is fantastic and the place is always very clean. Haven't experienced a sticky floor there once.
The picture is always clear and the sound quality is high.
The staff is also nice, and very helpful.

We love Landmark Cinemas in Penticton. It's always clean, staff is friendly and the movies are set at an appropriate volume. A large popcorn and a large drink come to $15 which is crazy but at least you get a free refill on each😆 Sundays have a promo for children's admissions and snacks and Wednesdays have a deal for 2 admissions and snacks.

The local little big theatre was great. Reasonably priced. Well staffed snack bar. No lineups. The owner was seen talking to locals and addressing any concerns. Theatre was super clean even better than the large chain theatres in Vancouver.

I really just wanted to give a shout out to the staff working the 6:05 showing of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. My family and I had a wicked great time . Ya know Sonic was great we were laughing and enjoying Jim Carrey as well. Awesome movie ,but it was really the pleasant smiley faces on the staff that get these 5 Stars. They were just so nice helping us and we are alot. Two adults and three kids 9 ,8 and 6. Awesome job . I never review on here but I really wanted to let them know we really appreciated it. Our first movie in a long time and we love going to the theatre . Thank you . May the 4th be with you

This theater is very good. Good picture and sound. The seats are in good condition, and the place is pretty clean.
