I got my lashes done here as a first timer and they were amazing! Very thorough and thoughtful. They made sure I knew what to do after leaving the building!! Everyone there is a fantastic human being from what I’ve seen and it’s a comfortable, clean environment. I highly recommend seeing grace if you want some therapy whilst getting quality lashes done! ❤

Cayly and Grace were absolutely amazing!! Everyone was very kind and walked me through everything as it was my first time here and getting my services done. I got a brow shaping and a lash lift, I’m super happy with how everything turned out!

Amanda did eyebrow threading for me the other day. She made me feel warm & welcome at the salon. She was very gentle with my brows & I appreciate that she explained everything she was about to do to my brows before each step every step of the way. She did a thorough job. I would highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Intricate Reflections! It's like a spa for your eyebrows! I was offered water when I arrived which was a lovely touch. I had Quinn, and she was SUPER thorough and the conversation was lovely and I felt so relaxed! Best of all I left so happy because my brows looked amazing!

I’ve been going here for a few months now for sugaring and getting my eyebrows threaded. Also had a lash lift and tint the first time I came. I’ve been really happy with all of my services. The girls are really nice and they do a good job. I see the owner, Rae, for sugaring and she’s better than anyone else I’ve been to.

I miss you! Moved to Kelowna pre Covid and stopped fussing with my bushy sideburns about six months ago. Had my regular sugaring whole face done here for a few years before I moved and the results are stunning! I have natural and wispy hairs but less IS more and the results are perfect compared to the mass bushiness I had before!
