From all the comments I can deduct they probably changed the staff, because the assistant was extremely helpful and kind, smiling from ear to ear! Will be back

If there was an option for me to give 0 stars I would. I just went in there with my friend to buy water and when we entered the guy did not even bother to acknowledge us. Then when he served us he was looking at us like he was so annoyed and angry. Bad vibes. Bad energy. Not very convenient.

I give you extremely zero review but anyway you have to be happy in your life. You don't even know how to talk respectfully with customers. No body forces you to work there. If two people already talking with each other, learn how to not jump in to the conversation. No body asked you to help or explain anything

They are selling expired energy drinks. I bought one and it didn't has gas already.

I bought a glass bottle of drink and cannot even twist open, went back and the girl said get a boy to open it 😒

Arrived at approx 8 49. Waited about 5 minutes as the store looked open but no. Lights fully on, doors locked but the attendant must have gone for a sleep at the back.

I walked in yesterday and the guy behind the counter was sitting down, facing away from view and looking at his phone. I asked for something and his response was "we don't sell that", without looking at me. Purchased same product before Xmas. Went to Relay downstairs at the Station and was met with a smile. Go there instead.

Ignoring customers is never okay. A vending machine provides better service, it may not provide a good service but it’s not rude.

Extremely bad customer service. Went there tonight, was the only one in the store, and had to wait to be served while the server was preoccupied, i tried to be friendly and felt like i was inconviencing the guy serving me. Take the extra few minutes to walk somewhere else....

You will get surcharged without getting told.

They overcharge you if you pay by cardm watchout for these scammers

Went there to ask an opal card, they didn’t do it, the guy was so annoyed to answer me, he sighed and in a very rude way told me to look for a small shop down the road. D***

Wish I could do no star at all yesterday I purchased chips and I thought they over charged me so today I walked in and ask a price they said lower prices then what I paid and I just raise my issue then the man started yelling at me it’s so horrible I never go there again
