Super convenient store , clean friendly and great service.
Any time, any urgent items you need any time, you pop in and you will find there and not to forget great range of American products. The manager that's there during the day is super friendly and always welcoming with a great smile which adds the charm in the business. Once a man in front of me was short 80c and he was like don't worry. Keep up the good work guys

Absolutely THE best convenience store in the CBD. (Possibly the best store in the country, IMO)
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Their customer service goes above and beyond.
The store is always immaculately clean, the shelves and stock never have dust on them, (unlike some other stores) the floor is also always spotless.
They also have a few unique and hard to find snackfoods from the US and the UK in stock if thats your thing too!!

Great sevice. Food too expensive but thats normal for convenience stores. Perfect location. I love my coffee but this place has the worst coffee ever. Other than that I love it

Printing ¢50 each and we have to pay the computer bills $1.50

Unfortunately, the cashier constantly changes the pricing of items...depending on how you dress when visiting the store. I put a well-ironed shirt on and somehow the same bottle of pop became $5.75.

Yesterday I came in a hoodie & pair of jeans and it was priced at $3.50.

Came again in a shirt...guess what. Price rose again.
Got into a lengthy dialogue on how price gouging is an unfair practice in Australia.

He refused to acknowledge this malpractice. He began shouting and raised his voice...goodness.
I'm considering reporting this for the protection of my fellow Australians.

No pricing tags and the price are way too expensive

No pricing label on items, first time I’ve seen in Australia. No wonder small businesses are losing trust.

Terrible attention and aggressive behavior from the store attendant, quite unfortunate because generally the other guys who work are very friendly! This was Sunday, January 17, 10:00 pm.
