Big thank you to the store owner who helped me deliver a document through DHL, he even used his own card to pay as i forgot my card at home and only had my phone, i then paid him back through payWave at the store. He was super friendly and helped me every step of the way. Really appreciate it :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. I dropped a parcel off this afternoon after experiencing problems prior with other drop-off points. No problem here with accepting my parcel and arranging the collection. Quick and efficient. Thank you!

This is a great store. Doing it tough due to covid. Have been going there for years. Feal real sorry he may have to close after 20 years due to covid.

EXCELLENT CONVENIENCE STORE

DON'T RETURN ANY PACKAGES HERE _ They are listed as ParcelPoint Drop-Off, never actually processed my return. I asked for a receipt, but the cashier told me I'd just get a confirmation email, which never came. Please don't fall for this scam as I did. Luckily it wasn't anything expensive.

BEWARE NO RETURN AND EARN. Advertised as a return and earn location, but the cashier denied it. He rudely told us it was not, although it is clearly stated it is. The atmosphere is cold and condescending.

Plain and simple ripoff.
